If a president was a foreign national, how would you know?

More importantly, how likely is it that american service members would know that their leader is disqualified from the executive administrative office of the federation? What would happen if such a foreign national actually made it into office? What would be the methods of removing the foreign national and any potential criminal elements from power? Would a temporary state of martial law need to be enforced to remove such a foreign national from power?

It is sort of hard to determine this as it has not happened yet. The Constitution clearly specifies eligibility requirements for the Office of the President. I would like to think if a foreign national was identified as such that he or she would be removed administratively, the pretender to the throne needs to resign  or be impeached if he or she resists stepping down upon discovery.

How would you know your president was a foreign national? I guess the giveaways would be that he didn't eat junk food and would have a good grasp of the World outside your country.

There is no way the average American can know this. The average American expects that the proper evaluation and verification would be handled by those at the top of the political chain. However, with an agreement made between the Republican and Democratic national committees in 1974, the expected normal protection for the American citizen has been voided. When those in power begin to remove the necessary protections in this matter, the loser is the American Citizen. The risk of tyranny and removal of protection from it is devoid.

If a candidate for office is properly vetted, we would at least know that they are qualified to hold the office under the established criteria.  My impression is that such investigation never took place with Obama.  This is yet another example of the poor attention to detail and duty in Washington....to allow Hilary Clinton to testify on Benghazi and not bother to swear her in for the testimony is inept.  They said it was overlooked by those charged with that responsibility.  It is this kind of behavior which allows the Constitution to be ignored and treated as it if has no place in America anymore.  In turn, where are the voices of Congress who swore to defend that Constitution when it comes to these issues.  Now I hear that 37 of the Americans who were at Benghazi in some role have been solicited or possibly shoved into signing documents guaranteeing their silence on events surrounding Benghazi. The administration is selling this action on the basis of national security but I seriously doubt that has anything to do with it.  More than likely, it is "Obama Security" for which they are worried.  When those we elect fail to carry out the duties of their office in terms of the "balance of powers" then we leave ourselves open to tryanny and the signs are certainly starting to show up.

      Hello, Mr. Brown.

      In the course of the 2008 election, Barack Obama’s background was investigated by just about every mainstream outlet in the country. Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, the McCain campaign, and the RNC all scrutinized his life before winning public office — all political adversaries with a great deal to gain by removing Mr. Obama from the campaign. {1}

Let us not forget about all the partisan vultures circling over his head during the campaign. There was Fox News, conservative media outlets, Fox News, right wing bloggers, Fox News, and journals like the National Review, et al. Did I mention Fox News? Everyone craving for a morsel of his flesh, a transgression in the past, a missed step, a tidbit of any kind that would cast him in a negative light.

We also have the research prowess of the literary world. Some believe more books have been written about Barack Obama than any other US president except, perhaps, Bill Clinton. I can just imagine how much Rush Limbaugh would have paid for an Obama term paper on turning the USA into a socialist state.

It is very hard not to become a bit bewildered when reading statements like, “My impression is that such investigation never took place with Obama.” BTW, did I mention Fox News?

Have a great evening, Mr. Brown.

I think we can trust the opposing party to discover and reveal (prove) the information.  At about the halfway point through the election process, when no other viable candidate could be proposed.

Obama hates the United States, and all US citizens.  He hates the first amendment, the second amendment, the fourth amendment and the tenth amendment.

When he took his oaths of office, he swore to uphold those amendments, and then he directly took measures to destroy the rights of all who live in these United States in America.

Obama hates the United States Constitution, and Benghazi Barry Obama hates the Bill of Rights...he's made this plane  in his speeches, and twenty thousand times more so in his actions.  He is a treasonous, traitorous coward.

      1. Neerizzle profile image70
Neerizzleposted 11 years agoin reply to this

Not devoid of meaning, I was simply making a point that so many people outright claim that Obama or the government in general is against them or something. I don't understand this, as the government is obviously meant to help society. Sure, one persons benefit may be another person's loss, but it just sounds silly to claim that Obama hates USA. People tend to look at things from their perspective and assume they understand everything the government does, when the true face is they don't. And I'm not saying I do either, but it just doesn't make sense to take such a firm stance about something you don't fully understand.

Capitalism?  Global fascism has nothing to do with capitalism.  See definition of "fascism" for why.

Why blame Obama?  Listen, Obama is a NOBODY, he's about as important as you or I am...except he is the figurehead for international bankers and international corporations in the USA...he's only a face, a warm body...he is absolutely a ZERO in the grand scheme of things...the only thing that matters about Benghazi Obama is that people literally believe in their delusional minds that he matters.

A very large American city declares itself bankrupt, and Obama is busy race baiting the nation after a jury in Florida ruled on a case in which they know more details than he does.

...great way to attempt to distract the folks too inept to know how irrelevant and incompetent a POTUS, you are, Mr. Obama Sir!
