What do you think the outcome will be on the Jodi Arias sentencing trial? If you were on the jury panel, would you sentence her to the death penalty based on the conviction trial?

I don't see how it's fair to give her the death penalty when people who have committed multiple murders are only serving life.

Well put! I believe it was eligible for the death penalty for being 'especially cruel' where the victim suffered a great deal, I know Travis Alexander was stabbed 27 times, shot in the head and she cut his throat from ear to ear.... I suppose that is a pretty cruel death.

To be honest, I don't really care whether they sentence her to life in prison or death.  I have no sympathy for her and won't lose any sleep if they go with the death penalty.

In general though, I am critical of the death penalty because of how inconsistently it is applied, and how many people are wrongly convicted.  There are many cases of death row inmates being exonerated and released after years, decades in prison.  If they can't get it 100% right, they shouldn't be executing anyone.  Although in Arias's case, she admits she did it, so no question there.

So no innocent person ever has admitted to a crime committed by another!

I don't think she'll get the death penalty. Juries tend not to hand down death penalty sentences to women. It is a long-shot, and I predict it will not happen.
