According to CNN, Governor Andrew Cuomo(D-NY) on February 6, 2016 announced that there are going to be regulations banning conversation therapy for gays & lesbians. Governor Cuomo maintains that such therapy is harmful & violates the human rights of gays & lesbians. Your thoughts on the ban of conversion therapy?
