Should Americans be bothered by President Obama bowing to the Japan's Emperor Akihito?
Bowing in Japan is a traditional greeting, like shaking hands in the west. The emperor returned the greeting by shaking Obamas hand. I'm sure if you research prior presidents they did the same. Can this man do any right with the right.
I believe when in Rome...etc. Obama did the correct thing. I would also expect him to show the same courtesy to the Queen of England and any other country where this is expected.
Just as I expect other heads of state to shake hands with our leader.
We treat all of our Presidents like we expect them to be perfect.
Get over it. None of them are.
Everything can be done one's own way. Its not always necessary to follow someone else's protocols. But I think If Obama bow to Japanese
Emperor it is only for Japanese customs -can also be considered as a goodwill gesture.

Wild rumors fly during campaign time, and one of them is that Obama has an anti-American agenda that he has actively pursued and in the process has hurt our country. What do you think?

Into the 6th year of his presidency, Obama, at this juncture, should be enjoying the "fruits of his labor". Should, but he isn't, so the question begs to be asked: "Why is he not looking into the sunset...
