    Is it needed a limitation for someone who want to be the president of a country ?

    How long is the proper time for someone who wants to rule a country, no matter as a president as well as a king or a queen ?

    This is difficult to answer, as all other countries have their standards, here, in the US, eight years is the maximum for a president to be a president. In other countries, it can be until they die or are overthrown. Most people believe it should be until they are no longer effective in their position or are not following what they people need or desire. (Need and desire are very different things, just because they want something does not mean they actually need it).
