Why is there a lack of females in power across our world?
Unfortunately the world of politics and religion is male centric and dominated by power policies. Religion as viewed as a mechanism or medium of control by propagating a single-minded organized dogma was influential in the origin of political thought control & group think. Men throughout history have exploited those aspects in radical and fundamentalist religion and exported those qualities to political arena. It would seem the more radical an ideology, the less women were prevalent and the more suppressed/oppressed - definitely a correlation exists throughout history in that regard.
The basic simple answer is women are in charge of civilization on the front line and therefore are not often allowed to serve in government.
