Do you think there is a direct link to meth addiction and identity theft?
In a manner of speaking, yes. Identities are stolen by people in all walks of life; but, (meth) addicts would appear to be the most common thieves. Addicts require massive amounts of money to support their habits; and, identity theft is a relatively simple crime that is very hard to trace if done correctly.
