Doesn't the Isreal/Hamas war smack of big bucks all round?

Isreal were supplied weapons by the west and now as they have been used they will be resupplied. Gaza infrustructure has been destroyed and now western companies will invest in rebuilding the Gaza strip. Bucks all around.

I wonder if the same companies that profited from Iraq will profit here? Nahhhhhhh, no way! Cause that would mean the reasons for the massacres were not justified at all. Just your average run of the mill Regime Change, and getting what you want without working for it, while reaping huge profits.
    Who would do that?

Anytime there's war, it's nearly always about the money. The fact that more people don't see the hidden agenda behind things like Iraq is what gets me.

What about Gaza? What's the hidden agenda there? http://www.gilad.co.uk/writings/the-des … -gaza.html

It's a complex issue there to be sure, but you have two groups who don't want to acknowledge the right of the other to exist. 2 "God's Chosen People" isn't going to end well. religion makes it easier to justify atrocity on both sides.

It's not complex at all to me. One is seeking to steal and pillage, the other simply to survive. Unfortunately, this country supports the thief. And no offense, but there is no comparing atrocities. None whatsoever, IMO. It's truly David v Goliath!

I don't disagree with you, Israel has gone overboard, but both sides have been warring for ages and one huge wrong doesn't make the other right. They are both in the wrong. terrorism is terrorism large or small.

What you call terrorism, I call fighting back. Just as Jews had the Nazi resistance, and colonists resisted King of England--so Palestinians have the right to resist the oppressive force of Zionism. --just look what they have done. It's beyond horror

Once a problem is noted, as you have done here, it would seem only right that you should propose a solution. If not, what is the point of your assertion?
Should Gaza  be left devastated, with people left homeless and starving. Would that be a solution. It would certainly stop the evil capitalists in their tracks. Once that lesson was learned, I am sure that war would come to a dead stop. I am sure, as you alluded to, once the 'smack' has been eliminated war will end. That there are people who want what others have or demand that their god is the one true god, such thinking will also stop and  we  will all hold hands and sing  songs.  Is this what you are saying or is there something deeper that I missed?
