    Perhaps superstition.

All kinds of charlatans, quacksalvers, fortune tellers, magical healers, astrologists and so on who deceive common folks and take their money make me outrageously mad. They should not only be prosecuted by the law for fraud but more importantly they should not be accepted by the society. They are invited to popular TV talk shows, they have their own columns in popular newspapers... This is just wrong on so many levels.

Talking on a mobile phone in public. Specifically, talking when in line, or in close proximity to others, who cannot move away. I'm sick to death of people standing in line at the post office, having personal conversations at the top of their voices, while the rest of us are stuck listening to it.

Also people using their phones and tablets while driving, it is very annoying and can lead to accidents.

Violence. Between popular media glorifying it and news glossing over it, it's weight has been diminished. When a naked breast causes more controversy than a decapitation, your country has a serious problem.

It's better than it used to be with more restrictions but frankly I think it's ridiculous that people are allowed to smoke anywhere in public. I have asthma and a young child and every time I have to walk through someone's cloud of smoke I'm absolutely seething.
