Do you think the conditions of our world are becoming better or worse?

What do you think is going on with the conditions of our world? Do you really believe this world can become better? Do you think the conditions of our world are becoming better or worse?

I think things are getting better for the people who can afford more. Better healthcare, pills, bandages, and healing agents. I think people who can afford brand new cars, computers, gadgets, appliances, and furniture it really is getting better. Did you know they have automatic trunk doors now and self closing drawer systems for kitchens?

Life is getting better, the way to make money for supporting this life isn't.

When it comes to the condition of the world, I think it is becoming worse, the climate had changed over the years everywhere but this is something that we can do nothing about as it has something to do with nature. Here in England, it rained so much last year, I thought the country will be dissolved or immersed in water. While in some parts of the world it is dry as hell and people need water to survive. When it comes to people, some are killing each other which is not very nice. Nations are fighting one another. Technologies are making life easier in some ways but also destroys personal relationships among people. So yes the world is becoming worse not better.

On average I suspect they are better. However with 24 hour world news cycles and social media (we are more informed) then we ever have been when it comes to "breaking news" around the globe.
If one were to Google any time period in history they would find atrocities, World Wars, famine, genocide, health plague pandemics, slavery, discrimination, and a whole host of other issues.
Being "unaware" of issues during a period doesn't make it better!
We kid ourselves when we romanticize the past as being better than the present. The reality is we simply are more connected and know more now! Apparently "Ignorance is bliss" has a lot of merit to it.

The conditions of our world are becoming worse because of technological innovations.

I think due to social media there is less and less actual face to face communications. Face to face is important in the world because I have never heard of somebody getting a job because of their twitter account. at least not yet. You would be amazed how many teenagers who have the ability to have a driver's license do not because they can just get on their computer and talk to their friends and find any news and information they need.

Worst the artificial technological world created has put up a screen, smoke screen. The illusion is that everything is so much better, faster, accessible for many, then the air, the water, the food, the nature, the people are getting worst. A lot of us have the worst view when opening their window, breath an air that make them sick, may kill them, drink water and eat a food that lack taste and nutrients… More is not always better.
Pollution, wars, mental illness, constant pressures… "...we need a resolution, we have so much confusion…" still sings Aliyaah.
