What are the 10 factors which make poor parents in the U.S. very selfish & uncaring regarding their
children's educational & socioeconomic future as opposed to wealthy parents who are unselfish & caring regarding the educational & socioeconomic future of their children? What causes poor parents in the U.S. to be unconcerned, even uninvolved w/their children beyond physically giving birth to them?

Funny, I kind of thought it was the opposite. Its the rich who have housekeeping staff and hot and cold running nannies, and the like. Wealthy parents are able to access social and professional networks that their children can benefit from; poor parents do not have the same ability.
