How will the bombing in New York and New Jersey affect the Presidential campaigning this week?

The bombs that exploded in New York City and New Jersey Saturday are from the “same person,” a law enforcement source said Sunday.  One bomb exploded in a trashcan along the route where thousands of runners were preparing to run a 5K Marine Corps charity race early Saturday morning in New Jersey. No one was injured, because the race had been delayed. Police found two more devices that did not detonate inside the trashcan.
Later Saturday, a bomb placed inside a dumpster exploded in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, injuring 29 people. Police later found another explosive device nearby.

It seems obvious the two incidents can only help the Trump campaign. The Democrats are definitely not talking tough enough for a lot of persons.

RJ....Since she has to kiss BO's butt and follow his PC verbiage when it comes to anything "Radical Islamist Terror,".....these incidents certainly aren't about to give her campaign a boost at all....Did you hear her initial comment after this news came out?   She sounded like she had been drugged, himmed and hawed and made some stupid comments about praying for the victims and some other crap. Is she for real? I really can't recall because I tuned her out mostly.  I'm sure you have heard it by now anyway, along with the rest of the country.
I did listen intently to the interview with a former NY City Police Commissioner.  He told of how all the Police manuals, handbooks and training books have been drastically altered with many many changes per orders of the POTUS to take out all words and/or references to Islam, Muslims, Mosques, Radical terrorists......I just can't understand how everyone stood still, silent and obedient for all BO has done in terms of this PC disaster we're in. The USA does not have a Dictator.  Has everyone in Washington and from Washington forgotten this?

Agreed - the Ostriches on the Left are either funded by Islam or told yo ignore them by the Arab in-chief.  Soon he'll be gone and we can get back to American policies for American people

@fpherj48, A+ answer.  BO & Hillary are only making the situation worse.  They are evasive & IN UTTER DENIAL regarding this issue.  Political correctness has reach the point of UTTER STUPIDITY......

Ralph isn't that first bomb location close to where Hillary went to her daughter to rest up after leaving the 911 ceremony??

Interesting approach - maybe it's a subliminal message from her handlers to push globalism harder and let in more Arab "refugees"

Yes, Trump, because he's the strong national security candidate whereas Hillary Clinton can't even use the words Islamic terrorism.

If you can't say the words, how can we beat the actual problem.

When will our so-called President say something on the series of terror events?  He's too busy campaigning for Ill-ery Clinton and golfing rather than focusing on the facts.  Four separate bomb events (thankfully the NY and NJ police found most unexploded) and we get Democrats saying maybe they aren't related.

The Democrats are stupid & in denial.  It is the Islamist terrorists who are doing the bombings.  Let's face facts, people.  Alas, facing facts is something that is woefully deficit in the DEMOCRATIC a/k/a LEFTIST SOCIALIST PARTY.

Well Ralph, what do you think he'll have to say about the rampaging knife murderer in Minnesota mall who was stopped by... guess what? A man with a concealed gun. Can you hear BO say "GUNS SAVE LIVES" I don't think so.

It was an off duty police officer, good thing the police allow them to carry while off duty.

Any terrorist acts between now and election day will help the GOP. The same goes for any financial upheaval. The same goes for any illegal immigrant crimes that makes the headlines... The only thing I can see that will help the Democrats is a major hurricane just before election day. That is why I am predicting a Republican landslide for 2016. BTW, I am not a Trump fan.

Agreed - I don't feel Hillary will do anything but try and wait it out, hoping none occur

      Jack
If you are not a Trump fan than you are a Hillary fan. There are only 2 people running in this election that can get elected, which one do you want. And as for the republican party they are dead, they can't function as a party.

Jack - hopefully you'll see that Trump is an original American - he didn't need to run but he wanted to because he can provide the voice for those of us who can't afford to do what he is doing

I have written a hub on Trump. I think he is a self promoter and when push comes to shove, he will side with Trump. He is also the spoiler in this election. Any other Republican would have won easily against any Democrat. I hope I am wrong about him.
