It is an attempt to take a statement Trump made a decade ago about how women willingly throw themselves on rich and famous men and twist it into a new version of "got you by the balls", suggesting Trump is abusing the nation as a whole.
Note - he won both the popular vote and electoral college vote, and that's counting all the fraudulent votes on the Democrat side due to 1/6 of illegal aliens polled admitting they voted, the constant stream of dead voters, the Project Veritas videos of Democrat leaders admitting they bus people around to vote multiple times.
