I think the ones that he has stated he would do, and some of them are already in progress.
If he lowers the corporate tax rate, as promised, then the wages of workers will rise, corporations will be less inclined to seek to offshore factories, and will instead invest in growth here at home.
One of the main reason Trump got elected, is the believe he can fix the US economy. So he should do that first, as for issues such as war in Iraq and Afghanistan, he should leave it up to the Secretary of Defense, because the current Obama policy is effective, despite improvement is very slow, just keep doing thing that way and it would be fine.
