    most definately. if you falsely accuse someone of a felony, there must be consequences. also, he maligned the office of the president of the united states. its not his personal "company". it belongs to us!

      i see clayman, of judicial watch, has slapped a defamation suit on rachel maddow. difference is, she never states definatives. she asks questions. trump definatively stated that obama tapped his phones. do we hold journos 2 higher standard than prez?

      There has been no proof that he didn't do it. And the latest is that Obama may have done it through the UK version of the CIA which as 24/7 365 access to NSA databases.
      The democrats have accused Russia, and Trump without any evidence. Zero evidence

      yd Where are all the WH and Executive Branch leaks coming from ? Until we know where they are coming from, we must believe it is a continuation of Obama. Again, the WH are evidence, while there is no evidence on HRC claim the Russians?
