How are poor parents in America....IRRESPONSIBLE, SELFISH, & UNCARING as far as their children's
educational & socioeconomic needs & future are concerned while solidly middle, upper middle, & upper class parents are HIGHLY RESPONSIBLE in terms of their children's educational & socioeconomic needs & future?
When u are poor u should not have so many kids, which u can't afford to raise, that is what make u a bad parent. Rich parents, got lot of money, don't matter how much kids they got, they can get nanny for all they care.
