How can cps take my kids off hear say with no hard evidence backing itup?
My kids have been taken on October 12th due to allegations. They interviewed my son which is 3,He had told me that two days prior to telling them the same thing which I knew it wasn't true but he said it. So they called cps, judge court ordered for them to be removed since then it's been hell I've done everything they've asked me too and am being cooperative I left the boyfriend months before because I knew they would use him against me. All this is Based off of hear say. Now my kids and my life is being ruined, placibg them in a place where theirs hard evidence that theyshouldnt be.
