Dirty Trick by Diane Finestien in the Kavanaugh Confirmation Process

In what is a blatant dirty-trick, the aged Senator Diane Finestien shows just how far the left will go to keep a highly qualified Judge from reaching the Supreme Court.

Over the weekend, a letter (one that she has been holding for months) talking about vague and highly suspect charges against the Judge was circulated to the media from something that supposedly happened while Kavanaugh was in High School.  Remember that the Senator had this letter in July, but failed to produce it during the actual hearings, when the candidate could have been questioned.  Yet, in true partisan trickery, she held it until the last minute, to force a delay in proceedings - talk about obstruction at the highest level (coming from a woman who had a Chinese spy as a driver for 20 years really doesn't surprise me though)

The Democrats will happily destroy the career of anyone who stands in their way of complete power.  America, however is watching failure after failure of the Democratic Party in their attempts to take down the President on fake collusion charges.  People are walking away from the Democrats because of this type of trickery.

Another amazing display of deceit.  It's been interesting to hear the news media double back on their own reporting about this letter and the author. People listening to their misleading reporting are seeing right through the tactics being used (first she passed a lie detector test about the incident, then the lie detector test wasn't actually about the incident, next the question of why there was even a lie detector test was given is presented with a classic two-step dodge, vital facts are disallowed and ignored...).  It seems they miss the irony of trumped-up information dissemination.

It isn't about doing what the country needs anymore - it is about supporting and applying party agenda.  It is about supporting your party regardless of results (that's how you get re-elected, after all).  And the general method is to paint anyone else as black as possible, without regard to whether it is justified or not.

And I do not limit that to Democrats.

As of this morning, she has not committed to the Monday hearing on her allegation. So, if she will not go under oath and tell her story, are we to believe her account in any respect? She cannot provide the person that the "party" was held or who else attended the party?  It appears a woman can come out with a no evidence 30 some years later and slander whomever?  This once again seems to be a gutter move from Dems and the fake media is lapping it up... They disgust me to the point of nausea.  One more large nail in their coffins.

It may go even deeper than that. Don't forget that the "memory" of the alleged sexual misconduct surfaced in 2012. And then it just stayed dormant until NOW. Why would you just sit on this for 6 years? Wouldn't you come forward with this information well before now? No, of course not, because there was no political advantage to coming forward. Unless of course Romney had won the Presidential election in 2012. Kavanaugh was one of the nominees that Romney was considering back then. Hmmmm. Makes you wonder. The memory comes up in couples counseling in 2012, but since Romney didn't win, no need to bring it forward. Just sit on it and wait until the next time it may be needed.
    Just connecting the dots . . . .

To say it stayed dormant are you assuming the alleged sexual misconduct is true. The Democrats can manufacture such things whenever they want, remember Clarence Thomas- it didn’t work then it isn’t going to work now.

I saw the headlines on TV while working out at the athletic club. I wasn't sure what was going on, but thought, can't we just live in peace and can't the Democrats and Republicans help make America great.

If this is really Feinstein at her best and this really is a high school incident. I can't believe anyone even the accuser would go to such lengths to stop democracy a work.

Then, the news media is spinning their own tale, which doesn't help matters.

      Y. E. S.  but the democrat/media goal is to continue undermining what made America great.

N.O. it is the goal of each party to undermine the other. This is a case of pot calling kettle black.

You are right, and I should not have lumped all democrats together.  It's too easy to stereotype and I know better, but I still say yes, it's too bad the two parties cannot working together, this is Feinstein at her best, and the media is not helping matters, not even their own left (perhaps not so much liberal) agenda.

It isn't just that Kenna. How far back is society (red or blue)  going to go to get its own way? I'm not condoning youthful indiscretions at all. But if one keeps his or her nose clean all the way through one's career, why should we bring up old past actions that go back to when that person was an immature minor with poor judgment. Are they going to hold it against Kavanaugh because he pooped in his diaper? Frankly, I am not a fan of Kavanaugh's, but I believe if he is not confirmed, it should be for the right reason. I don't believe this story.

Women who want to be taken seriously about sexual misconduct charges cannot wait 35 years and expect the  justice to be served , cannot expect the seriousness of such an issue between men and women to do anything but diminish in believability and be exploited by a divisive media .

This is truth in many cases, but there are some in which this blanket statement can be argued against.

It has come out the Kavanaugh's mom was the judge over Ford's parents house foreclosure. She obviously has an axe to grind.

Ah ha, I still think she is a day late and a dollar short. She would have more credibility if she had not come out first as "anonymous." (I'm still not a Kavanaugh fan, but I don't like this.)

Feinstein has been a liar since she took office , having been one of the most blatant anti-gun people of all all time I have seen her rants since the 90's.  Always the twister of truth , the creator of alt reality and fake -facts .
