    Just a simple question.
Taking a pulse of hubbers here...
Given all that we know about Nancy Pelosi...her past reign as Speaker of the House  during the Obama years...
And now again under Trump, do you think she is a capable legislator?
    Yes and no and why?

It would be the biggest mistake in their strategy.
They should learn a lesson from the Clinton impeachment.
Even though the evidence was substantial, Clinton was aquited by the Senate. It would be the same with Trump.
However, the TDS just can’t help themselves.

She has learned nothing in the past two years.
She initiated this attack by sending letter to Trump postponing the State of the Union addresss... did she not?
And we all know, when you attack Trump, he hits back twice as hard?

It's not what I think. It's what I read. Various news sources reported that Trump leaked her travel plans.

She cancelled obviously because Trump breached major security protocols.

By your response, it sounds like you think Trump had a right to violate security procedures and put her in harm's way.

Ho hum, how boring.  I imagine you could have read in as many new sources Peosi made the allegation...provided no proof...if you comprehend that concept.  President and Donald Trump and the White house deny her allegation.

Accusations without proof is getting boring.  It is the only thing the left has going for them.  It's entertaining, but it is also making the left look pretty sad.

Many other exhibit of evidence to potential criminal acts have been recorded and it's too bad for Donald that they are all documented on his little twitter pages and on film: The only positive for his last remaining followers which is a rapidly dwindling number of radicals, is the fact that he can't RESIGN for if he does, he'd be immediately indicted:

As for Nancy "Powerhouse" Pelosi, the greatest speaker in history? She was very instrumental in saving our auto industry, saving our economy and millions of jobs from the republican ineptitude of George W. Bush and securing health insurance for tens of millions of Americans which Bozo Trump has been trying desperately to sabotage since day one of his nightmarish era which must END soon:

Nancy Pelosi just owned the shut down. She is the only one standing in the way of a wall, funding for it, and the pasing of the budget.
She made this her last stand. She is willing to shut down the state of the union address. Who does she think she is? The President?
Hostage taking is a term many used to describe this shut down. It is clear to every thinking person, left, right or center...she is the problem.
When the GOP was in charge, they gave President Obama everything he wanted. He was the President. There was never a budget they did not pass. Now, it is quite a different story...isn’t it?
She wants the government open before negotiating...
Once it does, there is no reason to negotiate.

If I was Trump, I would just keep the govenment closed. It is on her...

Well, since you asked. It is mostly your questions that indicate the need for a Civics refresher course.

                  For instance:

"So where is the Supreme court on this? Aren’t they the third leg of our government? "

In your context, "leg" may not be synonymous with "branch."

                  Then:

"Why are no judges speaking out? Is it Constitutional for a Speaker of the House to stop an agenda that American people wanted"

This also answered by the above quote; the "judges," (still speaking of SCOTUS, right?), are not directed to "speak out" on any issue that isn't placed before them.

But I had to look elsewhere for more detailed Civics and the Judicial branch information, (the above was the extent of Judicial branch information in the American Civics 101 article).

                  And I found this:

                  Then there was this:

"Where is rhe judicial ruling on this? These seems to be hiding under their bench.

They were so quick to weigh in on the Travel ban last year..."

I think you are mixing-up your courts jackclee. It was Federal courts, (judges), that were "quick to act" on the travel ban. SCOTUS didn't act at all until the case was presented to them, and then they found in favor of the administration.

"This is exactly what their job is. When the two other branches are at a dead lock, you need another party to step in and arbitrate..."

Once more your American Civics 101 answers this question:

"We need a Supreme Court decision on who has the responsibility to control immigration to our country. The President or Congress?."

This is an easy one jackclee. You know that Article 2 of the Constitution answers this for you, in broad terms. And relating specifically to controlling immigration, it is Article 1 Section 8, (and later SCOTUS decisions), that answers your question - Congress has the Federal power to control immigration.

"The Constitution is a living document? No? "

That is a matter of opinion, isn't it? I say no. Can you prove me wrong?

"In case you don’t realize it, we are facing a Constitutional crisis. "

Another opinion. And again I say no. Both the Constitution and SCOTUS are pretty clear regarding this responsibility. Can you prove me wrong?

"A high ranking member of Congress is defying the President the ability to communicate to the American people "

By "defying" do you mean denying? Or obstructing? Either way, All I see is her saying he can't do it in the House she controls. Pres. Trump is still free to communicate with the American people in a number of other locations.

But, you might be right about Pelosi believing in her heart that Trump is illegitimate.

WoW, Nancy "Powerhouse" Pelosi, Righteous Champion of HealthCARE for ALL, Women's Rights and RAISING the Minimum Wage for ALL American Workers has sure sent a lightning-bolt of deep fear up and down the weak little spines of the few remaining Alt Right Nationalists around here:

If you're a white nationalist racist who appeases our enemies in public like Bozo Trump who is desperately trying to execute an agenda Vladimir Putin is uncontrollably excited about, an agenda which includes DECONSTRUCTING the Foundation of the USA, you absolutely should be FRIGHTENED to Death of Nancy P because she will do whatever is congressionally necessary to HALT the Russian Republican Advance:

Nancy stopped Bozo Trump from polluting our House of Representatives with his anticipated "Circus Freak SHOW of Lies and Deception" otherwise known as his "State of the Union Address" which he would have given in the FACE of Millions of Americans he has placed in financial peril with his insane self serving government shut-down, and she'll continue to FIGHT Mightily for America against its foes either abroad or embedded:

What are you even talking about Hxprof? Nancy "POWERHOUSE" Pelosi has a documented history of being instrumental in providing essential HealthCARE to tens of millions of Americans, I know in the perverse Fox News Universe that's a bad thing, but here in the normal world, for the vast majority of Americans it was a great victory for we the people:

Nancy Pelosi has a documented history of forcing many Americans to give up their old policies only to buy more expensive ones with huge deductibles.

THANK YOU, healthcare was fine in America before Obumbler decided to take over.  Obumbler should have left well enough alone!   Well, the DEMONcrats or as we say now the United Democratic Socialist Party strikes yet again!
