Did you watch it live, and if so, what did you think?
If not, why did you decide to skip it?
What is your favorite part?
Was it presidential?
What did you think of the reactions of Democrats?
What did you think of the Democratic response?
Watching Morning Joe and Fox anf Friends this morning and it is shocking to me the diverse of opinions on the speech...
It is like we are in two different universe.
Both sides cannot be right.
There is only one speech...
When Trump said our country will never become a socialist nation, half the hall cheered and the other half sat silently...
All you need to know where our country is in 2019.
No wonder we are a divided nation.
If we were not divided, on this issues, we might as well pack it in and go home.
I saw that Jack. Guess what side cheered & guess what side was silent....hmmm...… All in all, his speech was wonderful, don't you agree Jack?!
It was great. These messages was dead on. I just wish he did not use the teleprompter so much. He was reading some parts where a Reagan would have knocked it out of the park...
Overall, I liked it. There was a fair bit of "My administration" that I felt could have been "We" or perhaps "America", but it was not the typical Trump slapping himself on the back.
He did list some major accomplishments, notably the economy, but that's part of the state of the union, after all.
He seemed to slip up with the notion that the majority of M13 comes from across the border - while that was certainly true in the past the majority of new members is coming from our own slums and poverty. Other than that I didn't catch any gross exaggerations or claims like those we've seen in the past. Instead he put forth true, factual information such as the caravans travelling our way.
I didn't like his slam on the NY abortion law - he either didn't read it or is ignoring (as millions are) the full intent of the law.
He is learning to be a better orator, that's for sure.

Thought about doin' a hub but what's the use? After a quick review I found He used the first person "I" 96 times and his comment slamming the Bush administration, something he never does you know, saying many referred to it as the 'lost decade' has never been used by anyone to...

Okay, I immediately turned to CNN to hear the criticisms, but . . . This was one of the better State of the Union addresses I have heard. Now, to hear the Democrat response and criticisms.GA

Biden opened up with what many won't recognize as our declaration of WWIII.Speaker of the House is going allow Democrats onto the floor tomorrow so they can vote for Biden's 60 Billion funding to Ukraine. Our entry into that war is not far behind. Then he went on to talk about J6, reminding us all...

President Donald Trump mocked Democrats Monday for their stony reactions during his State of the Union speech last week, saying that it was even "treasonous.""They were like death and un-American. Un-American. Somebody said, 'Treasonous.' I mean, yeah, I guess, why not," he said...

Politics aside, just curious what's your reaction to his speech? Positive, negative or indifferent...

At this moment if you are watching CNN, they are showing over 10,000 people marching and protesting about Trump. If you watch Fox New, they are talking about all the great accomplishments Trump has done while being in the UK. And in the lower right corner of the screen, barely visible...
