Did you watch it live, and if so, what did you think?
If not, why did you decide to skip it?
    What is your favorite part?
    Was it presidential?
What did you think of the reactions of Democrats?
What did you think of the Democratic response?

Watching Morning Joe and Fox anf Friends this morning and it is shocking to me the diverse of opinions on the speech...
It is like we are in two different universe.
      Both sides cannot be right.
      There is only one speech...

When Trump said our country will never become a socialist nation, half the hall cheered and the other half sat silently...
All you need to know where our country is in 2019.
No wonder we are a divided nation.
If we were not divided, on this issues, we might as well pack it in and go home.

It was great. These messages was dead on. I just wish he did not use the teleprompter so much. He was reading some parts where a Reagan would have knocked it out of the park...

Overall, I liked it.  There was a fair bit of "My administration" that I felt could have been "We" or perhaps "America", but it was not the typical Trump slapping himself on the back.

He did list some major accomplishments, notably the economy, but that's part of the state of the union, after all.

He seemed to slip up with the notion that the majority of M13 comes from across the border - while that was certainly true in the past the majority of new members is coming from our own slums and poverty.  Other than that I didn't catch any gross exaggerations or claims like those we've seen in the past.  Instead he put forth true, factual information such as the caravans travelling our way.

I didn't like his slam on the NY abortion law - he either didn't read it or is ignoring (as millions are) the full intent of the law.

He is learning to be a better orator, that's for sure.
