   Just the messenger here relaying the hardcore news: That’s what investigative reports are apparently revealing and I suppose it would be safe to assume that NONE of his BRILLIANT Minds within this Circus Clown Show of a nightmarishly chaotic white house has told Donald that when you impose trade war tariffs on CHINA or any other country, you essentially impose a MASSIVE Tax on Consumer Goods for ALL purchasers to pay right here in the USA and farmers everywhere are susceptible to the inevitable severe detrimental effects: But at this point, what else could anyone possibly expect right ??       Hard times for farmers got tougher with President Donald Trump’s trade war. Now Midwestern farmers are filing the highest number of bankruptcies in a decade, according to a Wall Street Journal analysis of federal data.
      And farmers aren’t hopeful about this year.
      
      Not so bad for me, urban farmers like me are making record sales. Teaching workshops on it too. Maybe I'll have workshop on how to stay away from the Goverment.

            Trudeau is the only politician I actually voted for, mainly to legalize cannabis. Trump lie again about more car traffic death in Colorado over marrijanna. The traffic death went from 52 death. In 2017 it went down to 35 deaths in 2018. Trump totally ignored the undebatable 90% positive results from the marrijanna Colorado formal examination of evidence.
            
            At over One million dollars an acre what agriculture cop can beat that. As a cash crop it beats corn, soya and wheat combined. There is your future farmers crop. Cannabis makes 50,000 different products and it can replace Fossil fuels.
            There is hope yet.

               If you do not understand how tariffs work, then how can anyone trust Trump's reports?
               
               I worked in 2 international companies back in the 80s. Our clients were from Scandinavia, Europe and South America.
               
               The first thing you learn working in any international company is why tariffs affect pricing, importation and exportation of goods.
               
               Our products were mostly exported. So, we passed on the costs of exportation to importers. However, there are costs involved in exporting such as shipping to US ports, shipping offshore, shipping weights and hazardous materials special handling costs.
               
               In certain countries to offset US exporting tariffs, these countries would use Value Added Tax (VAT) to compensate for taking US goods into their countries at their ports.
               
               If you understand how VAT works, then you know the businesses who create or manufacture the goods to be exported increase the price of the goods according to their overall production and shipping values

      Jake, there was a report this morning about Maine's lobster fisherman losing a 16,000,000 lb contract with China due to the Cretin's tariffs. Many are afraid they'll go under if the tariffs continue. Some of these people have been in the business for generations.
      
      
      So not only the farmers are suffering from these tariffs. They affect many other business owners of all walks of life.

         I grew up in that part of the country Randy and I have no doubt Donny's insane trade war tariffs will have a severe detrimental economic effect on the New England seafood industry which is their bread and butter commodity: Financial DESTRUCTION all in the name of a sick 72 year old lame carnival barker charlatan who according to investigative reports, LOST over 1 BILLION Dollars during a 9 to 10 year period and who knows about other financial gruesomness:

       The only positive thing that would come out of a serious recession is that the states who contribute the most to his Republican states will not have the fund to bail them out, yet again.
       
       Every Republican president since Warren Harding has had a 2nd term recession except 2: Hoover will always be blamed for the Great Depression he caused by pandering to Wall Street speculators.
       
       GHWB had only one term because of the carry over of the Reagan 2nd term recession into his one and only term of office.
       
       Wouldn't you think by now Republicans would wake up and realize their dumb ideas of trickle down don't work? 6 Presidents ALL Republicans and ALL ending their presidencies with a recession.
