May 23, 2019 -  AG William Barr given power to declassify documents on surveillance activities into Trump campaign. Transparency at its very best.  So, what are your thoughts? Will there be indictments?

I'm worried Barr may release classified info about our undercover operations in the CIA and other military secrets and methods. He's a Trump Toady and yes, he may very well be indicted for his actions as Donnie's person attorney instead of the country's.

A "what if" does not answer the question.  Barr is a professional, could we not condemn him unless he makes that mistake. Plus the Dem's certainly wanted all of the Mueller reports released, are you not being hypocritical? Barr has stated over and over he will protect those that need protection in the Mueller report. Not sure why you would think he would do something different with the Horowitz report?

Besides, I asked a pretty simple question. Do you think releasing the documents will result in indictments?  I don't see my question difficult or that it needs what if's. Just a simple opinion.

I find it interesting no one will answer my direct question?  "Will there be indictments?"

I think that there will be. Who or when? That I am not sure of.
Although, I have a feeling some politicians and other government officials should be very nervous...

I don't think the right is like the left. The right believes in the rule of law and frowns upon idle gossipy and negative speculation.

Yes indeed, like offering pardons and obstructing subpoenas.  lol

People on the right never engage in negative speculation, either, unlike those on the left. Oh, wait, is this negative speculation about an entire group of people? Lol

Just asked a simple question. Do you think there will be indictments?  Just don't care what Bill Maher states. Why not just answer the question?

I believe in complete transparency. So, it's a good first step.

So you do want to see Trump's financial records then?

I can answer that without a 'what if". I would love to see Trump's financial records. I think he should follow what other presidents did. Although the law states he just does not have to show his taxes.  In my opinion, I don't think he will ever show his tax records. I also don't think he has broken any taxes laws or the IRS would have prosecuted him. They have been after him for years.

You'll get to see them, and so will I, Shar. If you find he's a perfectly honest guy--in his claims of being ultra rich--I'll be happy for you.

I have never stated I feel the President is a "perfectly honest guy". In fact, I do not in any way defend any of his mistruths. I don't care about his wealth. I have always stated I voted for him due to the agenda he offered, and the fact he is not a politician. I had every hope he would show the horrible bureaucracy and corruption that has gone on for decades in our government. I feel the upcoming scandal in regards to how the witchhunt started will show just how corrupt our government can be.

I am somewhat satisfied on all counts.  As said, I would like to see his financial records. I think it would be very interesting.
