Please read linked article for a little background

What bothers me, people, is that Trump unilaterally walked out of the multilateral agreement negotiated by Obama between the U.S. much of Western Europe and Iran in 2015. Without the US as signatory, why should Iran comply with an agreement that has been broken by a major signatory?

It is the height of arrogance on Trump's part to expect  Germany, France or England to work with him on anything else in the region since he does not see fit to consult with them before taking unilateral action, anyway. Would you trust Trump under these circumstances?

I hate stuff like this, hypocrisy and arrogance annoy me to no end.

At lease he is predictable. Every action is impulsive and emotional rather than rational.

A good example is the new disaster with China trade. CNBC reports that Trump advisors told him DO NOT increase tariffs on China. He did it anyway.

So now China is retaliating by blocking ALL agricultural imports from the U.S. China was one of our top 5 markets.

Note how stock markets worldwide are reacting today.

Thanks, Promisem, i always thought the "liberal" mindset was based on just emotion.

The "stable genius" does has a way of screwing things up.

I am not an economist and I know that intimidating China in an economic sense was not the way to go.

This is all SO incredibly stupid.

Kim Jong and Putin makes a fool of him for the amateur that he is on the international stage.

        Be afraid, be very afraid.....

Was very disappointed to wake up this morning and see  how far my stocks have tumbled. Doesn't look like a win to me. Now, with China, what will happen to U.S. farmers? Socialism will probably be OK with Trump again now that he needs to preserve votes. The hypocrisy is staggering.

I was never a Trump fan, but in the beginning I at least tried to be cautiously optimistic. I gave him credit for bringing attention to the trade imbalance and intellectual property theft. Now I'll admit that I should have been more cautious and less optimistic. It's socialism for the rich and his voting base, while everyone else can get bent. And now he's trying to blame video games for mass shootings...
