MAGA will not be convinced that the election wasn't stolen from Trump. Just as Blue MAGA will not be convinced that the 2016 election wasn't stolen from Hillary. With the storming of the capitol, and subsequent impeachment in mind, I have a proposal: prisoner swap to represent the easing of tensions. We petition Biden/Harris to pardon the January 6th demonstrators, along with Leonard Peltier, Mumia Abu-Jamal, Assata Shakur, scores of other Black liberation and environmental activist political prisoners, along with Julian Assange, Ed Snowden, Chelsea Manning, and Reality Winner.
- easing of tensions?
who the heck will go for that?
The solution is not in the details, but in the big picture.
Put away the magnifying glass and gaze out at the horizon.
The horizon will show you the marching forth of the Deep State Left.
Can you see Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer waving?
I see everyone from neocons like Liz Cheney to paleocons like Mitt Romney, joining hand in hand with establishment Democrats to expel Trump. I see internet sleuths doxxing random MAGAts who were at the capitol on January 6th, and getting them fired from their jobs and put behind bars. MAGA is being censored and de-platformed and threatened with expulsion, just as was successfully done to leftists in the 1950's with McCarthy-ism, employment blacklists, and the Hearings on Un-American Activities. I mock liberals who think they can cancel 30% of the country. But the corrupt establishments of both parties are linking together to get anyone who calls out their corruption and lies, scrubbed from the internet, shunned from polite society, and shut out from politics altogether.
Biden will be president. New York will prosecute Trump for his financial crimes of tax evasion and fraud. I suggest MAGA pull their brainwashed heads out of their collective hind-quarters and take their medicine, unless they prefer being completely erased by establishment Republicans and authoritarian liberals working together to do it
More than the trumpers have brain washed heads stuck in their collective hind quarters.
An easing of tensions would be better accomplished if everyone stopped insulting everyone they think they disagree with and actually listened to each other on things that matter. Real issues. Not the ones politicians use to divert our attention.
You say we should:
1. Expel Trump.
2. Doxx "random MAGAts who were at the capitol on January 6th, and get them fired from their jobs / put behind bars."
3. Expel MAGA
4. Mock, (Expel, as well?) "Liberals who are attempting to cancel 30% of the country."
5. Identify corrupt politicians from both parties "who are threatening anyone who exposes their corruption and lies." (These corrupt politicians are also "scrubbing their opposition from the internet, banning them from polite society and shutting them out from politics altogether," as you explain.)
6. Prosecute Trump for "financial crimes of tax evasion and fraud."
7. Expect MAGA to "take their medicine," or be "completely erased by establishment Republicans and authoritarian Liberals working together to do it."
You have a real problem with reading comprehension. I'm not a liberal. I'm explaining what liberals are doing. I'm explaining that what they are being told to embrace by their leaders, is a trojan horse meant for use against the actual left, who their job is to keep out of power. But mostly, I'm pointing out that both sides (MAGA and Blue Anon) are brainwashed idiots
You sorta sound like one when you say to expel Trump. Whats wrong with Trump?
He'll be working from the side lines, BTW.
His followers will become more and more determined to fight the injustice.
I say we should:
1. Identify and vote out all the Deep State Left politicians.
2. Use Paper ballots only.
3. Run for city councils and go to the meetings to make the truth available to others.
Very well put. However, many are just not willing to realize what the real issues are. They are fueled by hate, and very hard emotion to curb.
Sudden Thought:
It's possible that President Trump being out of office is the best way for the US to fight the forces which are about to take it down.
We have a common enemy.
Let us identify it.
( ... and it ain't Trump.)

Paul Ryan stated that Trump's accusation of his Judge's bias due to his Mexican heritage was the very definition of racism, but he still supports the Republican nominee. Why can't he just call Trump a racist? And admit that racism is rampant in the Republican party.

If MAGA were attempting an actual coup, you'd think they'd have brought their actual weapons - given their self-proclaimed status as proud "2nd Amendment enthusiasts." Does anyone else think it's fishy that the DC Metro PD and the Mayor refused assistance from the Pentagon, purposely...

Will You Vote For Donald Trump For President? If Yes Why? If Not Why Not?

This is a historic moment in our country's two party political system. When the unpopular (see the polls!) ESTABLISHMENT members of a party are so scared that they feel the need to band together and start a last-ditch effort to block a extremely popular outsider, isn't this, in itself, a sign they...

Why are Clinton and Trump the front runners this election year?I'm baffled. According to polls, 70% of Americans say we are headed in the wrong direction. Yet, we have Clinton ahead in the Democratic primary. More over, on the GOP side, this was supposed to be the year of the people against the...
