Castlepaloma, whom a number of you know in these blogs, frequently makes the claim that healthy eating and herbal medicine is all that you need to cure cancer and live to a 100.

I agree with Castlepaloma as regards diet, fast foods and junk food is unhealthy and they do cause illnesses; which is why I grow my own organic vegetables and eat healthily.  However if/when I’m seriously ill, I’d much rather put my trust in modern doctors and their medicines than an herbalist to save my life.

Anything can change your life, I believe. Allopathic medicines give you a quick recovery but with side effects, and I have experienced it. I took medicine for my stomach pain and now after every two weeks, I spend a whole day coughing and sneezing with a runny nose and itchy eyes.
Recovery from herbal medicine may take a long period but it wouldn't leave a side effect.

Especially now with covid 19. Meaning gain 19 pounds. More than ever people are dumb down to over obedience what ever the world record profiteers tell us to put synthetics in our bodies.

It is  the ounce of medicine treatment vs the pound of cure in the emergency hospitals.
My company is called PD superfoods. Where Health is Wealth.
For the wealthy Pharmaceutical its not in their profit interests for most of us to be healthy.

Actually, I lost 5 lbs during covid, but for some reason I'm starting to gain it back. I wish I could eat healthy like other people can. I love fresh fruits and veggies, but I'm allergic to chlorophyl, so I can't eat anything green without suffering the consequences. I also have a gluten sensitivity and a confirmed dairy allergy, not lactose intolerance. My point is that everybody can't be put into the same box.

          Yes, not everyone.

At least, eat 2/3 of ones food that is healthy

Thanks for your feedback MizBejabbers; it must be so difficult trying to eat a healthy diet with such health restrictions, and so frustrating in not being able to eat fresh greens.
