Do you believe that the Republican Party in America has gone to the ultimate extreme?  If so, how has the Republican Party going extreme?  Do you believe that the Republican Party has metamorphized into a more conservative party since the advent of Reagan's presidency in the 1980s?  What issues do you have with the Republican Party?   Conversely (yes there are TWO sides to each argument), do you believe that the Republican Party hasn't gone far enough?  It is your belief that the Republican Party is too soft regarding pertinent issues?

Once elected, politicians seem to roll with their own reality, these days.
Those in office, who claim to represent a certain group or type of political belief are loosening their interpretations and not reading their constituents accurately. This is a big problem: a lack of honest representation.

For instance, in Congress, the process of debating and amendment-making has been replaced with voting on issues right away.

Another example: Republican Senator Mc Connell a " Never-Trumper" regularly confers with Chuck Schumer, and votes with the Democrats supporting all the spending bills, raising the debt limit, printing money and causing the inflation we see today. And yet, when Bush got out of office, the national debt was 4 trillion. Obama raised it to over 9 trillion. Under Biden, the debt is now 31 trillion dollars. Do the constituents approve of such nonsense?

        Do Democrats?

        Wondering.

How's about dispensing with the BS, Kathryn, and tell the rest of the story?

Rightwingers are notorious for never being honest and truthful in their portrayal of anything

What did Trump contribute to the national deficit, or did you just conveniently omit that?

Trump contributed as much to national deficit in 4 years as Obama did in eight....

"On July 27, 2018, he told Fox News’s Sean Hannity, 'We have $21 trillion in debt. When [the 2017 tax cut] really kicks in, we’ll start paying off that debt like it’s water.'
Nine days later, he tweeted, 'Because of Tariffs we will be able to start paying down large amounts of the $21 trillion in debt that has been accumulated, much by the Obama Administration.'”

He had a plan. The pandemic interrupted it and not getting voted in interrupted it.

Just more excuses and diversions. I don't care about Trumps plan. I think that it is dishonest to not accurately portray the fact in this issue and just blame Obama and the democrats. Who is it that believes that I can't research and fact check this on my own?

You may have forgotten, but I haven't, regarding the  2008 meltdown that almost tanked our economy. The one Obama struggled to get us out from under, the same results that Trump falsely took credit for, while still unjustifiably adding to the deficit.

So, I can't buy your explanation as nothing more than an excuse.
