Do we need more proof that the FBI works for the Democrat party and not the people?

FBI doesn't share document GOP subpoenaed alleging 'criminal scheme' involving Biden

The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed the FBI for an FD-1023 form

The FBI did not comply with the House Oversight Committee’s subpoena compelling the production of an FBI document that a whistleblower alleged describes as a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national and relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.

They said the whistleblower alleged the document "includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose."

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., told Fox News Digital that it is "clear from the FBI’s response that the unclassified record the Oversight Committee subpoenaed exists, but they are refusing to provide it to the Committee."

Comer and Grassley said that based on "the alleged specificity within the document, it would appear that the DOJ and the FBI have enough information to determine the truth and accuracy of the information contained within it."

I saw the video, Mike, who was in charge of the FBI in 2018? How could it have been the Democrats during Trump's term?

Credence, you're a Democrate, right?                                          Who was in charge of the FBI back in 2018? Is he a member of the GOP? As an outsider, I  refuse to talk initially...about something I don't know. But I'll contribute to the discusion. I was so challenge some 5 years ago. Thanks.

Yes, I support Democrats over a Republicans and Donald Trump, as President was in charge of the FBI.

Christopher Wray, appointed by Donald Trump in August 2017.

The subject of the thread is about the FBI is 2023 refusing to turn over a document subpoenaed from the US Congress. What does that have to do with 2017?

But that standpoint you’re right. The FBI should’ve complied with the request from Congress Ok…..

So, what reason would the FBI have for refusing to supply a subpoenaed document from a whistleblower that is alleged to have details of the biden family payoffs from foreign countries?

Why isn't the FBI investigating this and providing its findings to Congress?

I am sure that this is just another Republican stunt, but the reality is "trust but verify". Mr. Biden, if he operating on the up and up, should cooperate with the subpoenaed request, so that the truth can be determined.

Just remember though, I am going to judge Republicans and their political skulduggery using the same yardstick.

Come on Credence, you know well enough that the FBI does not get changed over simply because Democrats or Republicans are in Office or "in control".

Going all the way back to pre-WWII days.  J. Edgar Hoover was the most powerful person the United States of America had ever seen, had more power than Presidents, back then... with the NSA being added in since then it has only become more powerful, the FBI is its own entity, its part of the problem... an out of control DC Establishment that no longer is under the control of the elected officials or answerable to them.

              J. Edgar Hoover was an anomaly that was in a position that can never happen again. Trump could hire and fire directors at will, he did not hesistate to fire others during his term.

Calvin Coolidge appointed Hoover, Hoover had 50 years to concentrate his power and influence.

So, is that the idea behind the "deep state", the claim that every federal agency and bureaucrat is working against Trump?

For the record, President Donald Trump did fire FBI director James Comey.

I would say at this point in time the FBI and the Department of Justice are working for democrats and the biden administration.

Just as the FBI was working for Donald Trump and his administration. Last time I checked, the President is in charge of the Dept. Of Justice, office of the Attorney General and the FBI. Comey was fired obviously for not subscribing to the wishes of his supervisor, Donald Trump. He was able to do this even going over the head of the Attorney General as he needed to.

So what is the difference? At an earlier period, the FBI and the Dept. Of Justice were working for Trump and the Republicans...

Credence it is not that they JUST work against Trump.

They work against ALL who try to advocate for the people AGAINST the corporate tyranny and foreign influence and global agenda that has taken over our federal government.

They shut down Robert Kennedy Jr. for his Anti-Big-Pharma positions.

They shut down Tulsi Gabbard for her Anti-Military-Industrial-Complex and Anti-"Democracy Building" efforts like we have in Syria and Ukraine today.

They shut down movements by labeling them racist, sexist, bigoted, whatever works... whether its parents opposing sex-ed to pre-schoolers or Tea-Partyers opposing the ACA and corporate bailouts.

The FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, an octopus with many arms... with only a limited answerability to who-ever the President is... whether he is being a front man and in lock step with their goals or whether he is in opposition to them as Trump was.

There is that anti-government stance that I don't agree with. If the government doesn't work it is due to the people we elect and put there.

RFK junior and Tulsi Gabbard are Republicans in ideology and practical politics. I just know a little about RFK jr, but he is nothing like his father. Gabbard adheres to far too many values and approaches that I don't share, as a keynote speaker at a rightwing oriented CPAC conference?

Trump was just another form of corruption, perhaps unique, but not any better than the system he railing against.

I am a Democrat who adheres to certain ideological principles and ideas, I cannot support anyone not cohesive with those regardless of their label they may attach to themselves.

                    You support the system.

The system will bring you CBDC, Environmental Justice Carbon Taxation, Equity, etc.

The system will subject you and all those like you that support it, to a new serfdom, if you ever stop wanting to support it, you will no longer get access to your CBDC, which will include social security, pension plans, etc.

The change you fail to accept or acknowledge is that the Democrats have become the party of the rich, the elite, the globalists, the anarchists, the deconstructionists, etc.

They depend on your obedience and adherence to Party support, to continue to classify Republicans as the racists, elites, etc.

The joke is on you however, because the end game is your own servitude to a central government that only cares about more control and more power, not at all about preserving your freedoms, liberties, or standards of living.

If you could remake the "system" what would you do?

Does authoritarianism, AKA, Donald Trump preferred over Democracy?
The only people that has really threated Social Security, (my pension does not eminate from there) are Republicans and the Right. The "system" has at least maintained it.

I see the servitude side coming as from other than those that I generally support.

You have define the Democrats so what are the Republicans relative to that?

There are two distinct ideologically poles, and they have become more distinct in recent years.

I have to support the party closest to my ideological and political views and right now, that is the Democrats.

I guess we will see who has the last laugh?

There are many topics for which you appear to be well verses and I need to get up to speed on. I am not convinced that your alternative will be to an advantage to any of us.

It has now been proven that the letter signed by 51 intelligence officers saying the Hunter Biden laptop story was a hoax...was created by the biden campaign. MORE evidence that the 2020 election was rigged.

"Biden campaign officials prompted a group of former spies to pen the infamous 2020 letter that falsely asserted that Russia was behind the release of emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop.

Former CIA deputy director Michael Morell told the House Judiciary Committee in a closed-door interview that he organized a group of 50 former intelligence officials to sign the letter after discussions with Sec. of State Tony Blinken, who served on the Biden campaign. Republicans on the committee revealed details of the interview Thursday, in a letter to Blinken which claims the Biden campaign’s actions "had the effect of helping to suppress the Hunter Biden story and preventing American citizens from making a fully informed decision during the 2020 presidential election."

Morell said he organized the letter because he wanted Biden to win the election.

"There were two intents," Morell said. "One intent was to share our concern with the American people that the Russians were playing on this issue; and, two, it was [to] help Vice President Biden."
