I think this is the major motivation for the indictment of President Donald Trump. The left wants people to ignore this story.

Sen. Chuck Grassley claims Burisma exec has 17 recordings of calls with Bidens as 'insurance policy'

Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, made a stunning claim Monday that a Burisma executive who allegedly paid $5 million in a Biden bribery scheme maintained audio recordings of calls with the family as an "insurance policy." On "Fox & Friends First" Tuesday, former acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker discussed the "explosive" developments days after the FBI turned over a document to Congress that allegedly detailed a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden.

Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, said Monday that the Burisma executive who allegedly paid Joe Biden and Hunter Biden kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations with them, citing the FBI FD-1023 form that the bureau briefed congressional lawmakers on.

Grassley revealed from the Senate floor Monday what was said to be a redacted reference in the FBI-generated FD-1023 form alleging a criminal bribery scheme between then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national that involved influence over U.S. policy decisions.

Fox News Digital exclusively reported on the contents of the form last week. The FD-1023 form, dated June 30, 2020, is the FBI's interview with a "highly credible" confidential source who detailed multiple meetings and conversations he or she had with a top Burisma executive over the course of several years, starting in 2015. Fox News Digital has not seen the form, which is redacted, but it was described by several sources who are aware of its contents.

Mike, It is crystal clear that the FBI is totally weaponized.  I watched your links. my God this FBI agent would not cooperate or answer any of Ted Cruz's questions. This man is an agent of the people or at least that's what FBI agents were before his Democratic corruption started.

The FBI is ignoring Congressional power altogether.  Clearly, this Government has weaponized most Federal agencies.  This is so serious. It is very clear the FBI is covering up for Joe Biden, and his family.  My God when Congress can't get documents and tapes, we are in deep.

I note few will even comment on the problems that Biden finds himself in. Biden is being looked at for a five-million-dollar bribery scheme.  Also now the rumor of impeachment is floating around. Rumor has it Bobert will bring it to the floor next week.  It's about time...  We the people have the right to hear and see all the evidence that has accumulated over the past 5 years.

Then, we as a country have to decide, what is worse. A corrupt and incompetent and senile biden or a absolutely clueless idiot k harris.

        The options are not attractive.

However, we need to start at the route and prove any and all allegations in an impeachment trial. The general public can then decide in 2024 what party is suited to clean up the mess the Democrats have made.

In my view, Harris's poles  (the lowest polls I have ever seen on a VP) and her clear inept demeanor will have her out of politics soon. She will be an MSN  tout before long.

I don't think an impeachment would go anywhere.  At that level, it's not about someone doing something wrong, it is if they have the support of their party members.  With the make-up of the senate, I don't think biden would be removed from office. I don't think any democrat would vote for such a thing no matter how overwhelming the evidence. So, impeachment of biden would do nothing but be a political spectacle.

I feel an impeachment that would be televised would work to at least bring all this corruption to more Americans. The left media is not covering this scandal, or perhaps I should say are undercovering it.

An impeachment would serve to televise the trial and show the clear factual evidence that has been collected.  If impeachment is brought to the House floor, a case will be made, and at best Americans will be made more aware of the growing evidence of Biden, and his family.

I do agree the Senate would not cooperate.  The House of Representatives brings articles (charges) of impeachment against an official.  Yes, it would be a hard sell to the Senate, but not impossible.

With all that we have seen and heard Congress has the responsibility to do its job, no matter what.  If someone brings impeachment to the floor, they will make the case very clear with evidence. This would be a positive move.  Or should I feel the House is also somewhat weaponized if they don't do their job?

    I agree Mike.
At this stage, the Biden 'True Crime,' family reigns over the D.C. swamp.
We must give Trump the four years he was robbed of, then we can get back to the business of fixing this country, draining the swamp and dealing with the 'True Crime' family, once and for all.

I share your sentiment. However,  the GOP needs to fight as hard as Trump is fighting. They need to go by the book and show Americans they are not folding or lacking in doing their job. We can't afford to have any feelings of defeat due to the Senate having a majority.    There are many issues that show Biden can not do his job, and this pay-for-play is at the top. The House has collected a mountain of physical evidence. All this evidence can be brought out on the House Floor if impeachment and the GOP can argue the need to impeach.  I don't feel they should hesitate due to knowing the Senate wou;d not hear the case. IT will say a lot if the House does its job, hell with the Senate not doing its job.  This is a true problem with the GOP, they seem to be lacking in doing their job much of the time.

Not bringing impeachment to the floor shows the House is ignoring the facts that have been uncovered. I don't feel any of the whistleblower's information, or the documentation from banks as well as the information that the Biden family has many multiple money laundering businesses, that offer no form of working business or the fact that he kept Government documents for many years.

With all the different pieces of evidence on Biden's corruption being put forward, We the people need to weed through it and uncover the truth.

Hopefully, someone brings impeachment to the floor and puts forward all the evidence.  There is a media rumor that Boebert may do that.

I think we may see Boebert come forward with an impeachment resolution in the next week or so. Not sure if it will concentrate on all the latest Comer, Grassley investigation or Biden's inability to do his job. I mean  just in the past few days he dropped an out and out crazy statement about building a train to quote   ---

President Biden raised eyebrows on social media this week after appearing to reveal plans to build a railroad from the Pacific Ocean "across" the Indian Ocean.

"We have plans to build a railroad from the Pacific all the way across the Indian Ocean," Biden told the League of Conservation Voters at their annual dinner in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday night. "We have plans to build in Angola, one of the largest solar plants in the world. I could go on, but I'm not. I'm going off-script. I'm going to get in trouble."

          an "ocean train." !

Hey at this point I must say, if anyone votes for this man, -- oh well I will stop there... my thought included the word delusional.

I don't think people on the left vote FOR anyone, they only vote AGAINST someone. Past behavior is not an issue for them.

So right on --- In my view, most on the left have lost all perspective. They are very easily pointed in one direction, and have a very hard time escaping that little wheel they have been designated to run around and around in.

To be honest, if we ignore his mistakes or charges, we can also see his contributions, dedication and hard work to the country. However, it is quite small. hill climb racing

Still consider Fox a reliable source?

How much do they have to be sued for to change minds?

It's possible the stance of their party on a particular issue may also be irrelevant to them.
