Howard Stern did an interview with Kamala Harris recently, and he says he hates it when shows like "Saturday Night Live" makes comedy bits about Kamala Harris.   He says there's too much at stake for this election.   As someone who's never been the biggest fan of Howard Stern, but I always respected him for being a pioneer in pushing the boundaries of free speech in the USA in his prime, I lost all respect for him.   Yes, this year's election is important, but all local and federal elections are important.   USA presidents have been the butt of various jokes on Saturday Night Live and various other shows for years.  Comedians have made tons of jokes about various presidents and presidential candidates for decades.  Heck, I'm sure Howard Stern has made jokes about several former presidents in the past himself.  The fact that he wants Kamala to get a pass not to have jokes said about her is inconceivable to me.  It's one thing if he wants to vote and endorse Kamala Harris.  In fact, I think he should if he feels that strongly about her being the best fit for this country.  But to say he doesn't want shows like Saturday Night Live to make fun of her?   Especially considering this man has made a fortune mocking and joking about others unapologetically for years?  I'm sorry, but I lost respect for Howard Stern.   Before even when I disagreed with him, I could always respect him for his brutal unfiltered honesty.  But this?  No.  I'm done.  What do you guys thinks?

He certainly has changed... LOL   I would guess he might want to realize not all give a crap about what he says.  Too much weed, I would think has affected his brain. I do love it when these self-appointed celebrities think their words should be heeded. I have noted most of them who give off that impression are washed-up Celebs. Not sure there is much to make fun of when it comes to Harris --- she could be compared to a bowl of boring oatmeal. Just bland and nondescript.

This 'guys thinks' that it's the latest example of the Trump cult turning against anything that opposes their cult leader.  Stern, like many other Americans, sees Trump as a unique danger to the country and its democracy and wanted the writers of SNL to consider that as part of their on-going election coverage.
