Well folks, here we are with well over a dozen of crack pots running our government. Trying to push on us their health care plans that they themself will not accept.

But yet- their so called concern for WE THE PEOPLE, is proven false by their actions.

If they were so concern for WE THE PEOPLE- why is the package a threat to mankind? There will be fines and jail time, or both for those who will refuse to buy their planned health care.

In the year 2012 or 2013 it will be required that everone be Verichipped by the demand of that health care plan. Which also pertains to H1N1 vaccine as a requirement without your say.

Here is just a bit from a lawsuit filed against Mr. Obama-

H.R. 3590 was signed into law by Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, who amazingly does not posses a valid US Social Security number,

which every legal citizen of the US is supposed to possess, never proved his legitimacy to presidency and therefore the act is invalid,

as it was not signed by one legally entitled to sign it.

Attached is Exhibit 1, Affidavit from a retired Deportation Officer with the department of Homeland Security and licensed investigator Mr. John Sampson,

stating that social security number used by Mr. Obama most of his life 042-68-4425 cannot be a lawfully obtained number, as 042 are the initial digits assigned to

the state of CT, while Mr. Obama was never a resident of CT.

Exhibit 2, is an affidavit from a private investigator, licensed with the Department of Homeland Security, Susan Daniels.

It concurs that for most of his life Mr. Obama has used number 042-68-4425, which cannot be lawfully his, as indeed it was obtained in CT, when Mr. Obama resided in HI.

Moreover, Ms. Daniels research shows that this is a number that was issued to an individual born in 1890, and Mr. Obama assumed this number unlawfully.

Ms. Daniels provides a list of 8 more social security numbers used by Mr. Obama, as well as several numbers used by Michele Obama.

Exhibit 3 is an affidavit from a licensed investigator and retired Scotland Yard elite anti organized crime officer Mr. Neil Sankey,

who has compiled from the most reputable National databases: Lexis Nexis and Choice Point a list of multiple addresses under the names of Barack Obama and Barry Obama,

those addresses are connected to 39 different social security numbers, none of which were issued in the state of HI.

Exhibit four is an affidavit from a licensed document expert Sandra Ramsey Lines, which states that the short version (abbreviated) COLB-Certificate of Life Birth

of Barrack Hussein Obama cannot be viewed as genuine without examining the original, currently sealed in the Health Department in HI,

which Mr. Obama refuses to unseal in spite of over 60 Federal and multiple State actions brought by citizens, State Representatives and high ranked members

of the Military from around the nation. None of the above actions were heard on the merits, but rather were dismissed on technical procedural grounds,

such as standing and jurisdiction. All of the above facts cast a doubt as to the legitimacy of Mr. Obama to serve as a president due to his lack of Qualification

as a Natural Born citizen per Article 2, section 1, §5, making him ineligible to sign H.R.3590.

Additionally, Dr. Taitz has brought a Quo Warranto action, as specified in District of Columbia statutes §16-352 §16-353, which allows

Quo Warranto action against a federal officer within the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia.

As Florida does not provide such jurisdiction, it appears to be imperative to join two causes of action in the District of Columbia,

where it is already being heard by Honorable Chief Judge of the US District Court for the District of Columbia Honorable Judge Royce C. Lamberth.

Research it folks- It is all there and we have a snakes running our government.

  Every American's confidential medical information (information that courts have routinely recognized as some of the most priveledged private information in a person's life) will be open to government bureaucrats. It will therefore no longer be private. "Patient protections" is government doublespeak for "trust us."

  Is that your general attitude toward government? I doubt it is. I guess you also don't mind a government drone having access to your conversations with a laywer or a priest or a private discussion with a family member? The courts have held that the information your physician has is even more priveledged that those.
  
  I guess you will feel quite justified when your doctor recommends a treatment for you that, after government review, is ruled too expensive or unnecessary.

  Whatever the government does will be a big improvement over what the insurance companies have been doing--excluding people who have pre-existing conditions, canceling policies on technicalities after someone developes a chronic costly condition, refusing treatment recommended by patients' doctors because they are allegedly experimental or other conditions in the fine print, applying lifetime expenditure caps and so forth.

So despite what courts and the law have found over and over again you feel information between a doctor and a patient need not be private?   I've read only summaries of the bill, but my impression is that there will not be a lot of changes for people who are currently insured. They will continue to be covered by their private insurance policies with the current medical privacy rules applicable to doctors, hospitals and insurers remaining in place. The main change is that when the new regulations take effect the insurance companies won't be as able to f**k their customers and applicants over the way many have been doing heretofore--refusing to insure people with pre-existing conditions, cancelling policies on flimsy pretexts when they need expensive care in an emergency or to treat a chronic disease. Children will be covered until age 27, and so forth. Coverage, either through private insurers or state run insurance exchanges will be available for the currently 30-odd million who are uninsured and for people who are unemployed and between jobs. The main downside of the bill, aside for the fact that there is no public option to keep the insurance companies honest, as I see it, is that the projected cost savings will be hard to achieve and slow coming.

There are plenty of reasons to be opposed to the health care bill on constitutional grounds without having to panic or generate fear about things that might not be completely true.
Too there are plenty of reasons to oppose Obama's socialist agenda, but it really is time to give up on the citizen thing, that's already been ruled on by the courts.

  orly taitz(birther) saw some unverified credit apps. same social sec#, name spellings kind of different, but all to the same address. perkins coie is a large law firm , handled the checking of whether or not he would be eligible to run for president in the supreme court. he was found eligible, but this was before they discovered his shape shifting . . . oooouuuhh

  there was a time when i wanted to go into politics! this is a prime example as to why i would jump off a bridge before i would do something that thankless. he is helping them and they are fighting tooth and nail. insurance would have increased their insurance premiums when they got sick too or invoked pre-existing conditions on them or their children, when they changed jobs. now they can't!do they say thanks? no!they lack the ability to reason, no matter how many times you show them, they lack the ability even to learn it. the pluses work for everyone. they just like to be angry.   Joe - no disresepct, but I am not going there for it will lead to another argument - maybe- and it is another issue that people are not aware of that is going to bite them later-
  
  But I will tell you this- and you can laugh all you want- but I have seen it - I don't do drugs ( which sometime I think I should-lol) I don't drink ( which sometimes I probably should and I am as sane as anyone on here- I just have what knowledge I have and I share what I know and what I think- I am not always right- but I try to be accurate- hope I spelled that right-
  
  so here it is- there are ones who look like us, but are not of us- and I am so damn sick of mankind using terms like: Aliens, Hybrids, & reptilians
  because they are none of those- and sleepers -> don't notice because they are too wrapped up in other stuff around them to pay attention to people's eyes- like you & I - we talk to people, but don't " SEE" who stands before us.
  
  Our puplis are ( o ) ( o ), theirs --> are (I) (I) they are not contacts either- so now you can call me ignorant or what ever else- have at it-
  
  But I will tell you this- when they know you are NOT aware of them- they want to be as close as possible-
  
  But when they know you are AWARE of them they get nervious as hell and want to get as far way from you as possible.
  
  They are called TARES- and they have been here since ADAM & EVE-
  now I have told you what a TARE IS, NOW do me a favor and start paying attention to what is around you in the stores and so forth, or who you are talking to face to face.

  I don't know about duggar's TARES, but the tares referred to in the Bible are plants. They look a lot like wheat, but in reality they are weeds and strangle the rest of the crop--or at the very least take up room amongst it.

  All I can say is pay attention to people's eyes- they can't hide it, and I know there is no way that you would believe me if I told you what is behind it all- but they changed tv to digital so that you can't make them out also- because their face shape shifts- sometimes they can't control it- and it has happened and ( people have thought it was the camera) but it wasn't.

I cannot find any mainstream press articles regarding the Obama SS# issue, it seems to be only found on partisan websites and forums.

Obama may be the best president we ever had. Or, he may turn out to be the worst. If so, we have an impeachment process available and a presidential election in 2 years. That election, like most elections will be mostly decided by moderates and independent voters. Groups like Teabaggers, socialists, anarchists etc. have always been around, but even when they achieve 3rd party status, they seldom make much of an impact. Sadly, attack ads seem to, however.

Like most people, I tend to ignore partisan information -- whether from the left or right. I would however be very interested in any mainstream references that address these issues. These are very serious points.

My thoughts, respectfully.

  I didn't say you claim this...It comes across in your replies to nearly everyone and I have seen very few if any positve posts from you. It just appears all you do is tell everyone they are wrong..unless they happen to agree with you...You post information just like they do but claim theirs is not true or flawed. First off u must Sarah Palin in disguise...it seems your will be against our President no matter what he decided to do.
Second, you need to address the President of the United States with a little more respect. If he was George bush you would have called him President Bush, so this man deserves the same type of respect.
Thirdly as for the reform bill, I think everyone should have healthcare. I do not seem to understand what the damn problem is with everyone having healthcare. Why do we not want people to be covered. If more people have healthcare then there will be more people getting treatment for disease and we would not have to worry about the spread of comunicable diseases because these people would go to the dr more often and get the proper treatment that they need.
Stop comcerning yourself with the unnecessary issues of whether or not our president has a valid ss#. He is in office now and he needs the support of THE AMERICAN PEOPLE...give it to him the same woy you gave it to Mr. Bush

  All I am saying here is " What happens when the Government gets it all?
  
  Tell me- what happens when you have no more say- which has already happened? I mean lets go over this- I don't know how many of you out there have even heard of the so called FEDS shutting down Taylor, Bean & Whitaker and turned a large part of the LOANS over to BANK OF AMERICA <--- That is also being kept hush-hush! Do you know who has major investments with BANK of AMERICA?
  
  Let me just lay it out for you- The Banks, Car Co., people's homes & land, Healthcare- Have you researched TENT CITIES? Now, when the government has control over EVERYTHING- what does that tell you? What picture has not been clicked ? Then the People WILL HAVE to rely on the government only ! What gives a government power over the people? By controlling everything, what options will you have when you don't want what they have for you without your own choice?
  
  Can you honestly say you know what is in that package? How can anyone say " Oh it is something good for us all" if they don't even know what it all pertains to-
  
  And I will be honest here because I'm not a liar and I know what I SEE- and have SEEN- every thing the government officials have ever touched has turned to ----- I won't use it but you know what I am saying.
  
  When We The People are no longer heard, or listened to, or given actual proof of what was passed for their concern, instead of for ours- then something really smells in the U.S.
  
  Here is another example that some brush off like its nothing but you better pay attention- What was it Katherine Sebelius of Sec. of Health & Human service prevented if an idiot fell for the H1N1?
