Did anyone else see this (we toggled back and forth between that and the World Series Game 1).
If you saw it, what did you think?
Anything in particular strike you about Obama's comments?
About Jon Stewart's comments?
I guess, for better or worse, Jon Stewart is a political opinion maker. I've only seen clips and nothing jumps out at me, but in my estimation, Stewart can't do any worse than the other politician-pit-stop hosts who have been doing it straight.
That is exactly what jumped out at me. Stewart seemed very ill-at-ease. He hardly got to say anything and he didn't seem to know exactly how far he could/should go with the humor.
I would love to see Obama with Stephen Colbert, tho! Colbert would NOT be straight man with him!
