Do you think Obama was born out of the country?

That's it, that's the question.  I heard today that they (the Dems) were looking for the birth certificate because they are worried that it will be an issue in 2012.

    What do you think?

Why in the world would it be an issue in 2012?
He has already been vetted, elected and sworn in.
Just out of curiosity, where did you hear that the Dems are looking for the birth certificate because it might be an issue in 2012?
If you are referring to the story by Mr. Evans, who claimed to have the governor of Hawaii frantically looking for it -- that story has been recanted by the "journalist."

That's not a real birth certificate.  My birth certificate has Doctor signatures and my feet prints.  Is that what your birth certificate looks like?

I'm not from the same state you are from, and I'm probably older than you are, so there are going to be differences in the appearances of vital records.

My birth certificate doesn't have my footprints on it, and there is no Doctor's signature.

I'll be 50 this year...I was born the same year as Obama in California.  A real birth certificate has the state seal, the doctors signature and foot prints.

Hawaiians are issued California birth certs?

            Huh...

You'd think everyone would know that.

My birth certificate looks just as boring as the one in the link, and it's an original, legitimate document.  No footprints on mine.

I'm a couple of years older than you, and I was born in North Carolina, and at that time, there were no footprints or Doctor's signatures...and I'm sure that I'm a US citizen.

However, I was delivered by a mid-wife, and I'm not sure about the ramifications of that mode of birth.

President Obama was born in the Pakistani city of Karachi.

After attending a religious school, where he studied the Quran exclusively, he joined a northern tribal band and began learning how to make bombs with a group of fanatics

With the election of George W. Bush, Islamic militants realized that if he could be elected President, ANYONE could.

As a result, they falsified Obama's documents, shipped him to Chicago, and bankrolled his bid for the White House.

There.. the truth is out.. now how about if everyone starts to focus on fixing the economy

Birthers pretty much support the tin foil industry all by ourselves.  I heard today that the tin foil industry accounts for 98% of the U.S. economy.

I would think that in this day and age, Americans would want to focus on getting rid of that silly law that prohibits them from electing the citizen of their choice as President.

In a land of immigrants, (where most of the founding fathers were born in what was BRITISH territory at the time), isn't it time that all Americans be treated equal?  Or is it that the electoral judgment of millions of Americans isn't to be trusted?

Don't let people put you off Brie.  Far from quelling these rumors, it's gotten new life basically because the Governor of Hawaii can't come up with that birth certificate as he has promised.  It really is odd, there are only two hospitals and neither one can come up with doctors and nurses who were there and will go on record to say that they saw Obama delivered on that day.  It's Obama's fault that the speculation continues.

Plus, talking about this nonsense keeps the teabaggers from focusing on actual problems.  It's a win-win.

95% of the population deals with reality, wingnut birthers don foil hats and promote conspiracy theories.
