Laura Bush killed someone when she was 17 years old.
I'm tired of everyone letting her forget that fact...an I'm here to remind you.

Condaleeza Rice was sleeping with George Bush, as she referred to him as her husband...on several occasions.

This born again crap of his is just that...as he had 2 gf's that had abortions, and he believes it's ok to kill people as long as it makes Cheney rich.

A very high-level official has claimed that Bushco did in fact do 9/11....this is America hate taken to a whole new level.

It's time for you to face who the real haters and demons are.

  It's poetry of the struggle.
  The struggle to live in a country populated with a-holes and truth-deniers and uppity attitudes.
  
  Rock and Roll used to be the same. People need an outlet for the injustice, ugliness and criminality done in the name of something noble.
  
  It's an outlet, and apparently something you don't understand.
  Like when that quacking duck sang "God bless the USA", after the USA killed 3,000 of her own...and all the duped were cheering and yelling for the people who did it...that kind of thing makes me want to throw up.
  
  So--yes, I appreciate rap music and hip hop. Some of the lyrics will break yout heart.
  But of course, people do all they can to discredit it, as they always do when something gets too close to the truth.

  Hmmm, don't recall country music getting discredited for being so truthful, have heard of folks refusing to listen to it because it was so truthful and so made them sad, heartache pains and all that ......could that (lack of discredit) be because country music doesn't talk about shooting down folks on a regular basis? Certainly, there is some violence, the Marty Robbins' ballads (actual true poetry many of them) did have some violence, but mostly romantically based, not wholesale slaughter of 'who done me wrong' in someone's fevered and misfiring imagination.

  What strikes me tonight quite potently, I can be kind of slow, is your actual headline, your forum topic, your words, that "Bush's Hate America, Too". Is that some acceptance, that you did not even realize, that the Obama's and many other liberals actually do Hate America?
  
  Please let us know. Despite all the vitriole, one always hopes it is just smoke, that Mechelle just misspoke in the moment, etc... we can all do that -- but your forum title, much moreso than your empty and baseless and hateful words about Laura Bush, are perhaps the most critical words of interest and issue to be discussed...........

Really good point about Laura Bush, LMC.
If Michelle Obama killed someone with her car (God forbid it was a white person) we would NEVER hear the end of it.
Wanting to make our country the best it can be is not "hate."
America does have a lot to be proud of, historically.
But we can't rest on our laurels.
There is much that needs correcting and there will always be challenges.
It is naive and frankly, unpatriotic to say we are "exceptional" and don't change a thing cuz we're the greatest country on earth booyah.
BTW, wearing a flag pin is not and never has been the litmus test of patriotism.
Look at actions, not gestures.

  Like those "Support Our Troops" ribbon stickers people plastered to their SUVs and trucks during the Iraq War.   Obama's race is a big old elephant in the room. If you acknowledge it, you're wrong. If you pretend it's not there, you're wrong. If you think it's his #1 defining characteristic, you're dead wrong. If you think it doesn't matter at all, you're probably wrong there, too.
  
  I cannot speak for everyone in the US (boy, I sure wish I could tho! ). But I do imagine there are folks out there who are uncomfortable having a black man (even 1/2 black) as our president. Just as, when we finally break the sexism barrier and elect a woman, there WILL be people who discount her simply on the basis of her sex.

  What is race? Why is Obama Black? His African father abandoned him with his white mother. He was raised by a white liberal from the Great Plains and her white parents in a wealthy household. His only father figure was a wealthy Indonesian man. He attended the best schools in Indonesia, Hawaii and later, one of the best Universities.
  
  This gives weight to the idea that he has more in common with George W. Bush(or Bill Clinton - if you wish) than with Jesse Jackson.

And what do you offer as proof for your position. A video of a hero that wants something for what he did. He was recognized but he himself says many times in the clip, what did I get out of it. HE talks of his life and family. It becomes apparrent what he wants, big money. Why should he be entitled there were thousand of Soldiers there in harms way and thousands did not make it home. If there are paydays to be had it is for the families who lost loved ones and have to struggle because the bread winner is gone. This guy just wants someone to take care of him. Once more, no evidence, just retoric.. By the way, I never said Bush was a great patriot, He has my respect, which is more than Obama has. And why do you dog Bush for not going, Clinton said no as well. But you stay silent on that one!!. Bush and Clinton did the right thing. It was not there place or moment to be there. It was not for Obama either but he wanted to campain. Like I said before, If he wanted to pay respects at WTC, he had 2 1/2 years to go there while he was in NY on numerous trips and 1 date night at taxpayers expense. He did not even drive past the site. FACT!!!

The last 24 hours and more have seen posts that are mind-boggling, full of hate, full of twisted rhetoric, full of falsehoods.

I am so very ashamed for my fellow Americans who speak with such vitriole against any President and his wife (First Lady), one would think they perhaps have an inside line to the truth and nothing but, and we should believe them, and actual facts and history and knowing be damened, particularly this countries knowing of the beauty of the heart and life of Barbara Bush.

If you have such an inside view to actual facts, do disclose this close friendship, your sources. If not true, then why is this thread given hubpage blessing to continue? Actual hubs with factual backing are shut down now due to Opinions of some segments of this forum/hub purvue, who find anything reomotely anti-liberal as "hate speech".

Just what is this forum topic? From the get go, the forum topic is hate speech IMO, and beyond question many of the 'supporting' posts.

Double standard? Yes.

And just what do any of us on the other side do about this? Nothing. There is nothing we can do accept shut up according to current best advice, the boogie man may destroy you if you speak. Is that the America we want to live in? To leave for our children, grandchildren, and beyond? Do you?
