Ha! You Socialist freeloaders though there was pie.
Ron Paul 2012
What's that? Pies must be created through resources, and the best way to allocate those resources to meet human desires and needs is through freedom?
Makes sense to me! How can you let people reach their goals if it's illegal to have those goals?
This is a great and catchy phrase. Anything worthwhile in life is neither EASY nor FREE. One must be smart- and strategize their goal and work towards it! Many people expect to be rescued. Well, I have NEWS for you. The only person who can RESCUE you is -YOU! In other words, WORK for WHAT you WANT! C'mon, WORK, WORK, WORK! That's it, how do you feel now! Better! Great, I thought so!
I wasn't looking for any pie. I was just looking for a forum thread that looked like it might be fun.
I have to say I don't necessarily agree with the idea that "anything worthwhile in life is neither easy nor free". There are some things in life that easy and free and very worthwhile if anyone really thinks about it.
What kind of pie? I ain't workin' for just any ole pie! For all I know it may be a moon pie I've wasted my time for. Now if there's an RC to wash it down with I may reconsider.
Pies baked by poor 11 year olds with no role models.
Newt Gingrich 2012.
There are worse things than learning to be a pastry chef.
(As a sidebar) there was a time when time honored traditions were handed down to children at, about 10-11 years old or younger. It was good. Now it child abuse.
Ahhhhhh, the good ol' Oliver Twist days.
Paid for by those poor 11 year old's parents' friends who knew how to use condoms!
I'm not working at all. I could use some pie. Actually, I am working just not making a wage.
Then you should try some Libertarian pie. You can have a slice now and repay by returning 8 entire pies tomorrow. This arrangement does not have to be disclosed to you, Libertarian pie robber barons are not held accountable to the injuries they inflict on people who can't afford lawyers.
The pie will be full of poisons and broken glass...see above.
Howard Stern 2012.
Any business pitching that nonsense would go out of business in a heartbeat, and fraud is still illegal in a libertarian society.
Ooops! Your nonsense fails again!
Yeah, none of that's ever happened....Of course the business wouldn't "pitch" it; do burglars "pitch" the fact that they're targeting your home?
You should get out of the shack more often
Scammers are easy to rout out, that's why brand names exist. They charge more because they have a reputation to uphold.
Deal with reality, then maybe I'll let you into the shack.
Charity doesn't have to come from theft (the government).

Ron Paul 2012.
Oh, thank God!
I thought this was "free pie" as in "Pie is imprisoned"

I just had to share this WTF? Ron Paul supporter moment. I was in a store called Sacred Space in Durango, CO the other afternoon. The proprietress is a seer/healer. Does readings. Sells crystals and tinctures/herbs and other assorted spiritual sundries. The decor is sort of neo-fairy, if you get my...

Hey Even, Mises said big business was not evil. To be fair, he did not live to see the TBTF banks, but I am waiting for his libertarian followers duped by this stuff to say the TBTF banks ARE evil. Say it Evan! Here is my post to your off the wall review of my ebook on Amazon. It will show that your...

Well, I tried hard for a year, but didn't get anything worthwhile. I consider God to be a disease. I tried hard to catch the illness, but failed somehow. My immune system saved me. How's yours doing?

Seeing all the wonderful poetry that people write here on Hubpages, I had this idea to create the Hubpages book of poetry, a book that contains a selection of poems written by you, hubber poets. The book would serve two purposes:Firstly, it would be a compendium of your fellow hubbers' poems that...

Me and probably a couple million others... I wonder what it costs? It would have to be awfully, awfully cheap to be worthwhile...So far I am not sufficiently enticed to sign-in yet. Thought I would solicit comments and opinions about the concept here first.

I thought...Now what's supposed to happen then? (Thinking of what would happen after Dec. 20, 2012) Then...it occurred to me what it meant. How about you are you looking forward to the future...or are you happy the way things are? Me...I like things simple...and I'm afraid we are way past that...
