What's that? Pies must be created through resources, and the best way to allocate those resources to meet human desires and needs is through freedom?

Makes sense to me! How can you let people reach their goals if it's illegal to have those goals?

This is a great and catchy phrase.  Anything worthwhile in life is neither EASY nor FREE.  One must be smart- and strategize their goal and work towards it!   Many people expect to be rescued.  Well, I have NEWS for you.   The only person who can RESCUE you is -YOU!    In other words,  WORK for WHAT you WANT!   C'mon, WORK, WORK, WORK!    That's it, how do you feel now!  Better!  Great, I thought so!

I wasn't looking for any pie.  I was just looking for a forum thread that looked like it might be fun.

I have to say I don't necessarily agree with the idea that "anything worthwhile in life is neither easy nor free".  There are some things in life that easy and free and very worthwhile if anyone really thinks about it.

What kind of pie?  I ain't workin' for just any ole pie!  For all I know it may be a moon pie I've wasted my time for.  Now if there's an RC to wash it down with I may reconsider.  lol

(As a sidebar) there was a time when time honored traditions were handed down to children at, about 10-11 years old or younger.  It was good.  Now it child abuse.

I'm not working at all.  I could use some pie.  Actually, I am working just not making a wage.

Then you should try some Libertarian pie.  You can have a slice now and repay by returning 8 entire pies tomorrow.  This arrangement does not have to be disclosed to you, Libertarian pie robber barons are not held accountable to the injuries they inflict on people who can't afford lawyers.

The pie will be full of poisons and broken glass...see above.

        Howard Stern 2012.

Any business pitching that nonsense would go out of business in a heartbeat, and fraud is still illegal in a libertarian society.

          Ooops! Your nonsense fails again!

Yeah, none of that's ever happened....Of course the business wouldn't "pitch" it; do burglars "pitch" the fact that they're targeting your home?

            roll

Scammers are easy to rout out, that's why brand names exist. They charge more because they have a reputation to uphold.

Deal with reality, then maybe I'll let you into the shack.
