Why Do Girls Usually Find Themselves Comparing Their Boyfriends With Their Fathers?
I don't believe girls usually compare their boyfriends with their fathers. Some girls do, for various personal reasons, but I wouldn't call it a usual or common thing.
No they don't usually. The only time I've done it is when the man who is asking me out looks older than my father. I don't want to date someone who looks older than my (young looking) dad!
Not true for all...
The only time one would do such, if she has been reared by her father with a strong foundation of love & care for his wife and his kids. The concept of an "ideal" man has been painted in her mind and heart.
That "ideal" concept and process of comparison emanates from her subconscious.
