A woman's physical appearance is not her only attractive quality that a man can lust over. A man can lust over a woman's voice, for example, the way parts of her body feel (I'm not just talking about the obvious ones, but some people with a visual impairment can see a person's face by touching it), her personality, her scent, etc.

Atrraction is more than meets the eye. In the case of a woman her physical appearance is a small part of who she is. It is all about how she makes a man feel when he is in her presence. The way she talks, touches, breathes and even smells can produce a high level of lust. Ask any man with sight who has seen a beautiful woman in a picture and thought she was very attractive until she opened her mouth and began to talk.

why don't you ask a blind person?  That or I assume the instant they touch and feel someone they'd get aroused.

They still have hormones and an imagination; that's plenty to get the erotic motor revving...
