Do you think that women should receive the same pay as men if they have equal qualifications.
I notice that women's pay is still lower than men.
I think it should be equal pay. I think it's not only unfair, but insanely stupid that pay isn't equal yet. In fact, I know women who get lower pay and they are more qualified than the men they work with. Equality still hasn't caught on to paychecks yet.
Absolutely. Equal pay for equal work. Gender should not be an issue here. There are many single mothers out there trying to support their children. They should be paid on the same scale as men.
ofcourse yes...what it logic behind not paying equal...salary should be based on skills ,qualification, experience and talent ..it should not be based on gender...
Absolutely. Without question at the very minimum their starting pay should be equal.
As for raises and promotions I think performance should dictate how these things are arrived at; not gender.

Are women really worth the same pay as men? Most of the women that I work with are less dependable, absent more often, get pregnant, worry about their looks, have relationship problems, cry at work if something goes wrong, and on and on. Do they really deserve the same pay?

Why Are Women Still Paid Less Than Men. What Has Happened To Equal Rights For Women? We have had the equal pay act since the 1970's and yet women still earn a third less than their male counterparts. Why is this discrimination still happening? And more importantly why is nobody talking about it?

Should women have the right to vote?Am working on my first political hub and gathering information. I would like to hear both sides of the opinionated coin about whether or not women should have the right to vote or if only men should vote and speak for their house. This ties a bit into religion...
