Is it possible to be in love with two different people?

define love first.  Think about parents and children, brothers and sisters. husband and wife, it is obvious that there are different types of love, maybe, perhaps love is an absolute?  It is not valid to equate sexual feelings towards a person with love, we only have to see squealing girls and drooling boys at pop concerts to realise that those feelings don't need love for satisfaction, just physical stimulation.  It is far too complicated a subject to answer, and every person will have a different answer.

Yes, when it comes to love, being in love with two people is possible. Someone can become 'torn' between their love for two people - Say, and ex boyfriend you're still in love with who moved away, and your new boyfriend... But even though you might be in love with both, usually you can only manage to remain in a faithful relationship with one of them, so even though the feelings for both are there, you ultimately have to choose which one to actually 'be' with.
