    boyfriend when he say he never cheated me by having real sex with another woman, he is 49 years old.

    No one here can possibly give you the true answer to this question. Only he knows the truth, but it is entirely possible he is being truthful with you.
    Even if you lived in the same town, you would have no guarantee of his faithfulness.

    You will have to decide whether you trust him or not. Is there a plan for  this relationship to be anything but long distance?

    a major part of me believes him but i hope i can erase that doubt inside me. Yes, we do have plans to live together in real but this will take quite sometime as there are many other aspects to consider. The possibility of seeing each other again in real may take another year or more...until such time how may I please him sexually minus the physical aspect as this is the only factor which I cannot provide for him considering how important sex is among other things in a relationship but in long distance relationship how to we spell S-E-X.
