    Learn from your mistakes and move on.  If she's meant to be in your life, in time she will be.  She needs to see you change for the better without her in your life.  That way she'll know that you aren't just doing it to get her back, but only to better yourself.

    Learn to live with disappointment at your stupidity, stop wallowing in self pity, find another woman, and ensure that you don't make the same stupid mistake again.
