   Does personality make a man/woman attractive?
   
   In the long term body bits all melt away and flop thanks to gravity, looks fade fast and sex is not a long-term joy with one person. Doesn't it take an intimate connection from deep down to make someone truly attractive for more than a year or two? (lol @ photo)

   By pesonality I presume you mean something specific about the person's behavior and mannerisms that make draw people's attention. I understnd if a person exhudes confidence that it can be a very attractive trait, out-weighing looks and other attractive traits.
   For my money though, what I find deep down attractive and standing the test of time, is the amount of empathy exuding from the person. Being understood clearly and with sincerity is something I turn to, no mater what else.

   Your question seems to be asking two different things. It's asking about long term relations but "does personality make a woman/man attractive" would strike me as coming at the start of the relationship.
   
   Yes, I think personality does make a person attractive. I've dated some wonderful men who maybe weren't very attractive but their personality was so warm that it didn't matter. You need to connect on many levels to make a relationship work, and personality is a large part of these.

   Yes, personality means a lot in the long run and for the right now. Men and women are both looking for someone that they can take home to Mama and Mama does not care much for A-Holes nor Biatchs. Your personality is what makes you. You can be absolutely gorgeous, but if your personality stinks and his is wonderfully refreshing, then chances are you all will not get along. Don't get it twisted, a bitchy personality can work sometimes, but just not in Mama's house. And Mama is the Queen B. You just have to know when and where to switch on the Bitchitude.

   Different things for different people but yeah. For me anyways personality's king of the attraction pyramid. I've met a few people who weren't the best looking pig on the farm, but they had such a magnetic personality that I was really attracted to hanging with them.
   
   Looks melt but the mind never fades (well, kinda ).
