   offer me a drink i pass out he brough me home 8 hour aftr i think he rape me how can i prove it he been sendin tex message like i love the way your body smell im so scare i told my family but it hurts me because i just rememer him kissin my back and i cold do nothin the i woke up with my close on like nothing happen i could remember nothing and he brough me to my ant house 8 hour after he told them that at the house he took me the old lady were drinkin and i got drunk i feel so bad because i cant remember but i know he didi somenthin to me i want to know if there anyway i could prove it .

   I hope your family took you to the police department to report this RAPE..............you were dated raped and probably give a date rape drug if you don't remember anything.  One drink isn't going to put someone out to a coma state.  Keep the text messages that this perv is sending but DON"T answer him back.  The Police can get the phone records for that harrasment too.  Still to the truth .............it always seems to prevail.
   Sorry this happened to you but I am glad that you told someone.!!!

   If you are not sure that he raped you, he must have washed away the evidence. If you had acted right away by going to the authorities, they could have possibly gotten some DNA evidence. He could also have been recorded as a suspect in another report. So, when records build up, someone will nab him sooner or later because rapists do not usually have the intelligence to stop. He probably use that date rape drug, rhohipnol, or whatever it is called. It is not easily detected in the body according to an article I read a few years ago.
   
   It is not too late to report your story. The majority of victims do not report rape, especially Black women and males of most races. Some victims feel that they won't be believed, and yes, rape is hard to prove in some cases. If you are under 18, you may get more attention. Do not worry about not being able to prove it. Get some support and report it!
