What do you know about evidence-based communication for couples?
What tips or strategies can you offer for what relationship science teaches us about effective communication?
Evidence-based communication for couples is a production of what the couple experiences while involved in communication. The evidence-based practice is more open to incorporate new ideas and methods. It goes on what works well for the couple based on reasonable and satisfactory thoughts and feelings. If one way of communicating isn't working, the couple should find new ways or methods to communicate; instead of sticking to the same communication methods that may have been learned in the past. Get rid of the old "grandpa did it this way, and he survived" and adopt a new pespective " this is working, so I will commit to trying something new".
