Yes, I totally agree. When someone falls in love, he or she could not distinguish dream and reality quite clearly. I myself is an obvious example. So I agree to the saying "Love is blind".
Yes, the better version is however

I do believe that love is blind. When we truly love a person it allows us to accept the good with the bad. Think about it. If you happen to break up with somebody you then start realizing all the little things that you really did not like about the person. Since you are no longer in love these things annoy you and you can't quite understand why it didn't bother you before.
