If I were a Gay Bee, would you love me?
This is from a SNL skit that Jon Lovitz used to perform. It always made me laugh. But would you love me if I was a Gay Bee? This question brings with it many layers of philosophy that are begging to be peeled away.
Well, just the thought of it made me laugh, and it reminded me of a line from the movie Heathers: I love my dead gay son. And then, of course, the follow up line: Would he love a limp wrist with a pulse? Ah, excellent question.
Of course I would love you if you were a gay bee! I might not love you if you were a straight bee though.
I have to admit I quit watching SNL after the original cast all left, so I"m not familiar with this skit. I liked the question though and had to answer!
