    Should I wait for her if she asks me to give her some time?

    It is a long distance ralationship

    She said she is very busy with alot of family issues

    She is head strong and always asks me to be a man.

    She asks me to be more confident with yawls for her to love me.

    She is my girlfriend but I don't think she acknowledges it although she agreed to it previously.

    She seems to care about me when I'm with her and tells me things that I should improve on.

    She complains alot about the things I do throughout the day but before we tuck in she says that she is showing tough love for my own good and says she loves me and doesn't want me to help her financial

    To answer your question. When a woman ask for time or space, there might be several reasons

    1) she is feeling a bit closed in, you might be acting too clingy. (a long distance relationship doesn't count )

    2) She need to make up her mind about the relationship because she is not sure that you are right for her or she isn't sure she is ready to get serious.

    3) She is maybe seeing someone else and she needs to figure things out (this may not be the case here)

    4) She might be testing your commitment

    Don't panic, giver some space but not too much. A woman will ask for space but when you give them too much time they feel neglected. So call once or twice per week  to let her know you are still there for her. Don't ask her if she has had enough time, this may drive her further away. Ask her about her parents, anything interesting that happened, tell her something interesting that happened to you but keep the conversation light and short. Make her miss you. Don't giver here reason to suspect that you have abandoned her though. Keep contact in balance.

    If she really loves you she will want to make the relationship work. My relationship was long distance for over one year and it brought us closer. I hope my tips helped.
