How to deal with be envious of someone?
Some times we meet someone who are in the position that we want to be in and it can make us a little jealous.
I deal with this constantly because I am a very jealous person. I think the best thing that you can do, if you're pre-disposed to feeling jealous of others, is to realize how your jealousy of somebody else isn't going to help you accomplish anything.
It's so easy to spiral into those thoughts of "Oh my gosh, I need to be just like him/her," but it's more productive to wish that other person the best, then focus on your own goals again.
It kind of all boils down to the realization that you really do want the best for other people. And, the jealousy just stems from feeling bitter about your own shortcomings or insecurities.
