When you look in the mirror are you happier with what you see on the inside, or the outside?
We are all hopefully constantly improving (or trying to anyway), but which one do you think you need to work on more? Is there anything particular your working on today?
The photo is by Murtasma and I thought it was appropriate for this question.
Inside! Inside! I am much happier with my inside. I do constant work on both, but my mind and soul seems to develop much faster than my abs.
Today I am working on my inside with prayer and on my outside with the Supreme 90 Day workout. I love both.
Inside. I'm more proud and work more on my personality and character than I work on my physical self. Which is not always good. Most individuals focus on appearances more than personality first...
I'm happier with my insides actually. Sure I have bad days, but everyone does. For the most part I have strove to be the best quality person I can be & really make my life about helping others, improving myself, and making a difference where I can and where it really matters.
My outsides, now that's another story. Since I'm so busy taking care of everyone else I don't take time for myself. I would really like to get my outsides in better shape so that I can feel good about both.
I only consider what is on the inside of the people around me so I have strived to be a beautiful person from within as well. I did take that look in the mirror and wasn't happy with what I saw on the inside a couple years ago and it isn't a pleasant experience and the truth does hurt especially when it is yourself that is noticing it for the first time and acknowledging the faults. However, I have made true changes in myself and love who I am today...and the outside will reflect what is on the inside so i am now happy with both.

I've been contemplating the key to living a happy existence and a thought came to mind- Maybe part of being happy is when your life and what you do in your life matches who you are on the inside.I spent a large portion...
