If you could look in the mirror and be 100% happy with what you see, what would you see?
I know not many people are happy with the way they look. So if you could look in the mirror and be 100% happy with what you see, what would you see?
I am 100% happy with the image that looks back at me in the mirror...look deeply into your own eyes and you can see your true self looking back, silently observing!
This physical body is just a vessel for your higher self, your true self...eternal energy. Don't get hung up on how others perceive you, be happy and content with who you are.
Not the answer you expected I imagine!
If I were 100% happy I'd see myself as I am now, to be honest. I know that I have physical imperfections, some that I can change naturally, some that might need surgical alterations, and some that might be there forever. Even so I am comfortable with my body and my self and I do not need to change my appearance to be happy.
I'm pretty satisfied with how I look. Have all of it since birth.
But what would make me really happy is me holding my healthy daughter (a month to go and I can do this) and my why loving beside me.
Perhaps a new Audi at the back ground would also help.
I would see me holding a winning lottery tickets worth millions
looking in the mirror doesn't make me happy. making good choices, respecting self and changing the things/environment that my eyes see that I don't like makes me happy. There is no way that I can make myself unhappy unless I am trying to self destruct. It is the people I entertain as well as the environment that I choose that will eventually cause me unhappiness

This is depend on the person and situation but not everybody happy front of the Mirror...
Cool question! I would want to see a flatter stomach and no double chin! LOL!
I would also love to see a person who doesn't get stressed and anxious about my career or over petty stuff. I get way too worked up about the socks my husband left on the floor or the request of mine that he forgot. It's not that serious! I want to enjoy the moment more and not feel I need such insignificant things (like when I go through my superficial phases when I need clothes and/or compliments)!
My beautiful wife standing behind me and smiling into the mirror with me.... Ha haa haa Corny I know but it is true.
I love Angel Trader's answer he wrote. I can say that I am completly happy with the way that I look; because I am completly happy in the inside.
Myself + abs...and a supermodel / genious on my right arm.
I know I still have physical imperfections that makes me sometimes hope that I look like this or that. But I'm lucky I was not born with any physical deformities. So, who am I to complain?
A beautiful person with a bubbling personality - wouldn't change a thing.
I see someone who knows how to love and be loved, you know the right time to talk and listen and struggling to make a better world. If I can see it'll be 100% satisfied!
i would see myself as a successful career women loving what i do. i see myself satisfied with whatever i have and still striving for excellence all the time. i also see myself as a great wife.
i see the complete satisfaction placing whole world on one side and me on other and i find me to be most weighting in terms of happiness.
Exactly what i am right now, Real, Tainted, Scarred, and remains of heartbreak, Im happy where im at 100% would only mean i was completely innocent of lifes true lessons:) In Venere Veritas

How do you learn to listen to your inner voice? My inner voice, or conscience, or intuition, or whatever it is, tells me to do things sometimes. When I listen and follow through, it is usually a good outcome. More than not, though, I tend to ignore it. How can I learn to pay more attention to it?

I have a basic idea as to what I am, a human being with all of the working parts. But what is this "I", which resides within? Am I my name, my job or my title? I know that everything I see is an electrochemical response to light entering my eyes and that every feeling likewise. But who is...
