So you got your heart broken by your ex girlfriend/boyfriend? Well im going to give you tips on how to deal with it .
Tip 1: Delete their numbers ,messages ,block their social media, delete photos / video.For you to move on you got to burn the bridge you once crossed so you can never cross them again.
Tip 2: Yes we all know break ups are not easy but you got to realize its for the best for example think of all the things you couldn't do in a break up .
Tip 3: Focus on yourself that person is not worth your tears so hold your head up high with a smile on your face do some thing fun
